NCIS star Katrina Law has had a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband extended, with court documents revealing her new love interest has been dragged into their messy divorce battle.

Law, 40, claimed in a that her ex Keith Andreen, 51, had used an  program to send messages impersonating her to several people, including a new romantic partner she previously referred to as 'J.' in court filings.

Now, the Daily Mail can reveal the actress' temporary restraining order, which was granted on December 24, has since been extended for a second time until December 16, 2026, following a hearing on February 24.

The February hearing was expected to have witnesses come forth to testify - but that, as we know now, has been postponed. As part of Andreen's Witness List, which was filed earlier this month, he disclosed the name of Law's new beau.

Jean Jacques Machado, a renowned Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner who Law has been training with for months, is named as her alleged 'boyfriend.'

Andreen, who is the Respondent in the case, stated in the docs: 'Mr. Machado is Petitioner’s boyfriend and will testify regarding the matters set forth in Petitioner’s Request for DVRO ( Restraining Order), and all matters that are relevant to Petitioner’s allegations of abuse allegedly perpetrated by Respondent.'

Law, who filed for divorce in August 2025, was also granted temporary sole legal and physical custody of their seven-year-old daughter Kinley (the exes are pictured together in 2022)

In addition to the 58-year-old Jiu-Jitsu practitioner being named in the Witness List, Andreen also listed a woman from Family Visitation Services.

Law's witness list, for her part, included seven key figures who could speak to Andreen's alleged hacking and electronic monitoring attempts, including a licensed digital forensics investigator and a licensed private investigator who inspected Andreen's 'Audi and confirmed there was a tracking device inside.'

Although no details were given as to when Law and Machado initially met, the pro's brother Roger Machado posted a photo with Law on March 25, 2025, from their martial arts school The Academy Beverly Hills, and captioned it, 'Welcome to Our Jiu-Jitsu Family.'

Following this, as seen in the actress' domestic violence restraining order request, she did note that she 'regrettably had a month-long relationship with another man (hereinafter "J.") around May 2025.'

She then said 'the relationship ended' and that's when she realized her marriage to Andreen 'was not the same loving and supportive partnership that [they] previously had.'

It's unclear when they rekindled their relationship, but apparently, Andreen was so bothered by Law being attached to another man that he 'began to harass [Jean Jacques] relentlessly,' according to Law.

Law claimed in her Request for a domestic violence restraining order that '"J." filed a lawsuit against Andreen.

The Daily Mail has confirmed that such a lawsuit exists in Los Angeles. A complaint was filed by Machado in September 2025 against Andreen, alleging defamation, slander, libel, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Andreen has yet to respond, and the case is still ongoing.

Jean Jacques is one of The Machado Brothers - along with Roger, Rigan, Carlos and John - who are legendary Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners and reportedly pioneers of the sport in the US.

Machado, 58, was listed in Andreen's Witness List which was filed earlier this month. Andreen believes he could 'testify regarding the matters set forth in Petitioner’s Request for DVRO' and 'allegations of abuse' against him (pictured at the 2024 ADCC Hall of Fame)

'Moreover, Respondent’s abusive conduct, which prompted Petitioner to file a DVRO is extremely concerning. Respondent has not only engaged in conduct that was abusive to Ms. Andreen herself, but has also engaged in conduct that was abusive to their minor child, Kinley,' Law claimed in court docs filed in January.

There were multiple alleged instances of concerning behavior detailed in the TRO request, including one instance from October 2019 relating to an incident that allegedly took place between Andreen and their daughter.

Andreen, however, claimed that Law took what happened 'out of context and mischaracterized what occurred to paint me in a negative light.'

Andreen stated: 'It is important to note that for the past 19 years of our relationship, Katrina has never alleged that I have abused her. In fact, since she filed in August 2025, Katrina and I have been living under the same roof and sharing custody of Kinley on a 50/50 basis, with no issue.

'Then, out of the blue, at 9:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve, I was served with her no-notice TRO, taking our daughter away from me and kicking me out of our home. It is my belief that this was all a part of her strategic divorce planning to remove me from our home as she has made it clear from the beginning that she wants to retain sole possession of our home and exclude me from our daughter’s life.'

He went on to claim that he has 'not spoken' to his daughter for two-and-a-half weeks after Law 'cut off all communication.' Recent filings, however, show that monitored visits began on January 14.

Per the court filings, Law has brought multiple allegations against Andreen, accusing him of poor parenting and financial abuse. Andreen's lawyers, per the filings, plan on 'disproving' many accusations since they believe there is 'minimal evidence'.

The TRO was granted in December following allegations of stalking and evidence that showed 'Keith withdrew $200,000 from the parties' joint bank account' within hours of his attorney being notified of Law's intention to file for divorce and 'refused to return the funds or provide an accounting.'

In new filings, Law agreed to allow Andreen to visit his daughter two times a week, but he is now requesting visits be four days out of the week which she is arguing in court

In Law's initial divorce filing, she requested a waiver of spousal support for both parties and that they each cover their own legal fees. Andreen then requested she pay him spousal support as well as his attorney fees.

Law claimed in court docs that she has been the 'sole earner for our family' since he has been unemployed since 2020. 'He has worked on a few smaller jobs, but has not made more than $20,000.00 in the last six years,' she claimed.

Law has portrayed NCIS REACT Special Agent Jessica Knight on the hit true crime series since 2021. She previously starred in CW's Arrow from 2014 until 2020.

The former couple's divorce gained attention after the TRO documents alleged that Andreen used AI to 'falsely impersonate her by sending voice messages to people using her voice and likeness in an effort to destroy her reputation.

In her filing, she stated: 'I adamantly deny that I have sent any voice messages to any of these individuals. I believe that Keith is using Artificial Intelligence to impersonate me, by creating voice recordings - in my voice and likeness - saying embarrassing things in an effort to ruin my reputation.'

Due to her high-profile status on television, she claimed that Andreen had 'access to hours of footage of me speaking, which he could easily use to have AI learn and reproduce my voice.'

'Numerous AI programs available online allow you to clone any voice, and then use text to prompt the AI about what to say in the cloned voice,' Law continued.

She also alleged that her estranged husband had 'expressed suicidal ideation' that left her concerned, particularly because he allegedly had access to a shotgun that was kept in the bedroom.

She further claimed that Andreen had begun taking 'Ketamine Treatments for some unknown reason,' which she alleged had made him 'completely unstable' and escalated his 'threatening and obsessive behavior.'

According to the temporary restraining order, Andreen is ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her, including when she's at home, at her workplace, in her vehicle and at their daughter's school.

The judge also ordered that Andreen may not 'surveil or use any tracking device to monitor movement' of his estranged wife, and he's not allowed to remove funds from a bank account that he and Law had established for their daughter.

Andreen spoke exclusively about Law's divorce filing with the Daily Mail in October.

He said, 'I've got a six-and-a-half-year-old daughter who means absolutely everything in the world to me... My daughter is my entire life, and Katrina is the mother of my daughter. And I was with her for 19 years.'

He appeared disappointed that his daughter 'will grow up someday to be an adult and read these statements [made online].'

The Daily Mail has reached out to Law's and Andreen's attorney for comment as well as Jean-Jacques Machado and his attorney.
