During an interview, of which she shared behind-the-scenes clips on her channel, the model, 47, spoke about her feelings of incredulity towards her husband's intelligence - amid debunked claims he is a Cambridge-educated doctor.
The star, who has since claimed his doctorate came from a Spanish university rather than Cambridge, said: 'I can have intelligent conversations, I'm just fascinated by him. He's so intelligent. He speaks about 12 different languages.'
Her fascination with her husband comes as a defiant display in the wake of a slew of question marks over Lee's bombastic claims about his life, including his PHD from Cambridge, his millionaire businesses and his links to .

In her new interview, Katie was determined to stand by claims of Lee's genius, as she gushed about his linguistic ablities, such as when dealing with servicepeople.
Katie said: 'I can have intelligent conversations, I'm just fascinated by him. He's so intelligent. He speaks about 12 different languages. Wherever we are, whether we're in the taxi or the restaurant, all different languages...
'They go to me: "Oh my god, he speaks perfect Arabic or perfect this or that!" and you just hear him talk and I'm like: "Is he that good?" and they're like: "It's perfect"'
The release of her interview comes after she jetted to Dubai to be reunited with her husband, who has been accused of being on a flight ban.
It was claimed British-born Lee spent three weeks locked up in a Dubai jail for allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend's signature to take out a £200,000 loan in her name and as such, has been banned from leaving the United Arab Emirates.
He denies this, but does not appear to have left the country since meeting Katie.

He then panned the camera to Katie and Lee shouted: 'Look who it is!' The next clip showed Katie – who is known for her many plastic surgeries – being injected with filler and Botox.
Referring to her forehead, she said: 'So we've had the funny lines killed, but I will look like that one day,' she added as she stretched her whole face back with her hands.

She penned in a comment: 'People are behaving this way because they love you', along with a love heart.
Shortly before her airport trip, Lee shared images of Katie's birthday card to him, which read: 'To my forever husband, Happy birthday! I will shall your whole life celebrating with you [sic]. I love you to infinity. Love from your wife Katie X'.
