Katie Price made a cryptic comment about ‘current news’ after her ex-husband Kieran Hayler was charged with raping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl during their marriage.

Personal trainer Hayler, 38, is alleged to have committed the offences between June and October 2016 – in the middle of his marriage to the ex-glamour model.
The former stripper has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault on the teenage girl and is under police investigation.
Katie and Hayler wed in 2013 and went on to have two children before splitting in 2018. The alleged victim is not a member of either Katie or Hayler’s families.

‘I had a real reason to be wary of things because it’s closer to home than you realise. I can’t say anymore on it but I’m sure you know what I’m getting to.’
It was reported last week that Katie could be set to give evidence in court after the charges were announced.
A Crown Prosecution Service source has been quoted by the Sun as saying: ‘Katie may well be called to court to give evidence.
‘She was married to Kieran when these offences are said to have happened – it wouldn’t be surprising for her to be called up.
‘Family and friends are being made aware they may be asked to speak out, and stand up in a court of law if necessary.
‘It is all part of the judicial process, an imperative that the truth is heard.’
Sussex Police said : ‘We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
‘The offences are alleged to have occurred at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016.

‘Hayler remains released under investigation and is due to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on November 19.
‘The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has received support from specially trained officers as our enquiries continue.’
A legal representative for Hayler said on Monday night: ‘Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety.
‘Mr Hayler is fully engaged and has been co-operating with the police throughout the investigation and will continue to do so.
‘He looks forward to his name being cleared, believing in the judicial system to do so.’
Representatives for Katie refused to comment when approached by the Daily Mail.
Hayler, who has also worked variously as an actor, stripper and reality star, first met Katie in 2012 before he proposed on Christmas Day of that year.
They married at the Sandals Royal Bahamian luxury resort in the Bahamas in January 2013.
This was followed by a wedding blessing ceremony at the Rookery Manor Hotel in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, in March of the same year.
The newlyweds then took a glamorous honeymoon to the Maldives.
Katie gave birth to her first child with Hayler in August 2013, a son named Jett, before they welcomed a daughter Bunny.
