Katie Price has been slammed by her neighbours for her ‘constant drama’ at her £2m ‘mucky mansion’ which she faces losing after being declared bankrupt for a second time.
Locals living in Dial Post, West Sussex near her £2m property also say the country home is becoming an ‘eyesore’.
Other residents in the picture postcard village say they are ‘sick to death’ of the ‘dramas’ that occur at her £2m mansion with loud music, dogs barking and vans blocking public roads.
It also can be revealed that Horsham District Council has given up on pursuing Price for renovations at her £2m mansion and closed a five-year enforcement investigation. But one local has called on council chiefs to look again.
Price bought the sprawling £2million West Sussex house in 2014, and it boasts some 12.25 acres of land, a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables and paddocks.
From the outside, the property appears to be in a state of disrepair with photos of the 10-acre estate showing the garden overgrown with weeds.

Meanwhile, the swimming pool appears to be covered in moss and grime whilst various bits of litter and waste can be seen strewn across the floor.
One resident told MailOnline: ‘We’re sick to death of the constant drama. She doesn’t come into the village anymore because she knows we don’t like the way she lives. I wish she’d move.’
A pensioner, who was walking his dog on the village green, added: ‘She simply doesn’t live by any code of conduct or restraint. She is reckless in just about everything she does.
‘My wife and I worry when we drive past the entrance to her house because you never know if she’ll come tearing out onto the road in one of her pink cars.
‘Most of the time she’s banned from driving but it worries us because of that incident when she flipped her car.

‘It would be better if that lovely house, which is gone to wrack and ruin since she bought it, was seized by the courts as part of her bankruptcy settlement and she was told to move elsewhere. She’s a liability.’
Another said: ‘There have been builders coming and going over the past year or two trying to do some work on her house and they block the road with their vans, cause a noise and are generally disrespectful.
‘I think the problem is Katie does what Katie wants. She has no consideration for other people and sometimes not even for herself.
‘She’s had a strange life. She’s been in the public eye since she was just a teenager and she has a skewed view of the world.
‘Her mum and dad, by all accounts, are lovely, considerate people but somehow she doesn’t have those qualities. I think the sooner she moves somewhere else the better.’
However one resident, Jo, said: ‘Let her get on with her life. She can live it anyway she sees fit as long as it is within the law.

‘People are too quick to judge around here. Katie Price obviously has her own demons but I’ve always found her polite and smiley. It can’t be easy with cameras being pointed at her for anything she does.’
Inside the property, Price has given the property an overhaul with a sleek new kitchen diner with stylish pink sofas and a roaring fire, pretty lighting details and incredible themed bedrooms for her kids.

But after two seasons, the series was reportedly axed following a drop in ratings for its second series. A third season was planned for this year.
Locals also pointed out the large number of pets which Price has lost over the six years. She has lost six dogs, a horse as well as a chameleon during this time.
Her pet dog, Blade, an Alsatian, was killed when he was hit by a vehicle after running out onto the busy A24 that runs past the village last year. The incident took place on the same road where another one of her, Sharon, was also struck – seven months prior.

Horsham District Council has undertaken several investigations into Price’s renovations and activities at the mansion
One resident said: ‘He was knocked over after being allowed to roam out of the property. He was the second dog owned by Katie Price to be killed on that road just last year.
‘She has gone through a number of animals who have died because she hasn’t kept them secure. A few years ago her horse got out of a field and was mown down and killed.’
Meanwhile, another local called on Horsham District Council to closely examine the latest renovations at Price’s ‘mucky mansion’ following the Channel 4 Documentary.
The local said: ‘No planning applications have been lodged for the eyesore site since she moved in yet even recently, extensive work appears to be been undertaken at the home.’
In 2019, officials began enforcement proceedings after the glamour model started building work on a beauty studio, gym and horse paddock without permission.
Planning enforcement offices concluded in September 2019 that the development was a ‘breach of planning control’ and issued a temporary stop notice to stop the development from continuing.
The former glamour model had three months to restore the land to how it was before or face a fine of up to £20,000.
In their reasoning for closing the enforcement investigation, Horsham District Council concluded it was ‘Not Expedient’.
MailOnline previously reported that Price was no longer using her £2million ‘mucky mansion’ as a second hand car lot after local council chiefs threatened enforcement action.

Horsham District Council bosses launched an enforcement investigation last September into the ‘alleged running of a second-hand car business’. The case was closed after ‘the breach ceased’.
She was once said to be worth £40million from a career as a model, author, and businesswoman.
However, Price was declared bankrupt in 2019 but was allowed to enter into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement, a deal to pay back some of her debts.
Price previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month through the deal but her creditors claim she has not been sticking to it.
The former glamour model, 45, was then declared bankrupt for a second time earlier this year after failing to pay over £750,000 in unpaid tax – and will now face losing her home unless HMRC can recover the money.

She was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court on April 27. However, at the start of the hearing, lawyers said that Price had told them at last minute that she couldn’t attend due to health issues. A judge described this excuse as ‘scanty’.
The court heard that Price’s personal assistant had sent a statement from a consultant psychiatrist saying she had anxiety and depression, as well as other issues affecting her mental health.
Barristers for the trustees of Price’s first bankruptcy asked the judge to order her attendance at a future hearing and said she should be ‘on notice’ that she could be arrested if she did not attend.
Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mark Mullen said ‘similarly brief’ letters had been sent before previous court hearings which Ms Price also did not attend.
While he described the court as ‘sympathetic’ to people with health conditions, he said: ‘There is a consistent pattern of last-minute adjournments being sought on the basis of scanty medical evidence.
‘This can’t be allowed to drag on on such an unsatisfactory basis.’
Judge Mullen ordered that Price attend the next hearing unless she gave a reasonable excuse and that she provide medical information so adjustments could be made to ‘facilitate’ her giving evidence.
In March, Price was fined £880 for driving without a licence or insurance after a court heard she was recognised by a police officer at a petrol station.
Magistrates sitting in Northampton found Price guilty of the offences after being shown CCTV footage of the model, wearing black slippers, stepping out of the driver’s side of her bronze-coloured Range Rover.
Price, who found fame on ITV reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, had previously denied both motoring charges.
But three magistrates found Price guilty in her absence after a brief trial imposing an £880 fine and ordering her to pay £620 in costs and a £352 victim surcharge,
She was given 28 days to pay the total amount of £1,852, imposed in relation to the offences committed on the A14 at Kettering on August 2 last year.
A Horsham District Council spokesperson said: ‘Enforcement files are confidential and the Council cannot disclose any details on specific cases.’
Katie’s Price’s representatives have been approached for comment.
