Taking to Instagram on Monday, Katie shared a clip showing a huge pile of things in her living room that she was set to sell
Earlier this month it was revealed Katie was due to be evicted from the property.
The first eviction letter, dated April 24, revealed that ‘the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am’.
The eviction order from Horsham County Court, addressed to Katie and ‘any other occupiers’, instructs her ‘to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date’.
A spokesman for the star has denied that she will be kicked out at the end of the month.
In a statement to The Sun on Sunday night, they said: ‘Kate will not be evicted from her property on 29th May,’ but would not confirm or deny if Katie was being evicted.
The TV personality paid £1.35m for the property in Horsham, West Sussex in October 2014, which boasts some 12.25 acres of land, a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables and paddocks.
But, the home subsequently fell into disrepair, leading to her 2022 Channel 4 show, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, which saw Katie attempt to renovate the 19-room property.
In 2022, her ex-fiancé Carl Woods had been using the garden as a vehicle forecourt for his used car sales business prior to the latest update on the home.

Despite the legal notices, Katie insists she isn’t being evicted as she told listeners on the latest episode of her The Katie Price Show podcast: ‘My house isn’t being repossessed.
‘I’m not being evicted and I’m not moving into a caravan, although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what the travellers have, I would love that.
‘I’ll also have another announcement to make on the 28th, bring it on sunshine.’
Katie recently claimed that she has been signed off from appearing in court for her mental health, after receiving backlash for missing her last bankruptcy hearing in April to go on holiday to Cyprus with Married At First Sight UK star JJ.
She had been due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court, but at the start of the hearing, lawyers said that she had told them at the last minute she couldn’t attend due to health issues. A judge described this excuse as ‘scanty’.
Katie then jetted off on holiday to Ayia Napa with her MAFS star boyfriend, facing public backlash after being spotted sunbathing together by the pool.
Taking to her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie hit back and claimed she had been signed off from court because she was ‘mentally not strong enough’.
She said: ‘Everyone is like ‘oh she’s missed bankruptcy and she’s gone on holiday!’ No, let me address it…
‘The court knew that I wasn’t going to my bankruptcy, because mentally – my consultant at The Priory – I’ve been signed off for any kind of activity for court.
She went on: ‘I am taking my bankruptcy so serious, like I do everything else. It’s a very serious situation I’m in and it does look like ‘oh she’s just gone on holiday’…
‘No, my head at the moment needs a break. I had four days in my diary where I was able to go away. When I say I’m not mentally able and stable to stand in court at the moment because I have a lot of things going on behind the scenes I’m dealing with…
‘I’m mentally not strong enough at the moment to stand in court, be cross examined in front of the media and public.’
The court heard that Katie’s personal assistant had sent a statement from a consultant psychiatrist saying she had anxiety and depression , as well as other issues affecting her mental health.
Barristers for the trustees of Katie’s first bankruptcy asked the judge to order her attendance at a future hearing and said she should be ‘on notice’ that she could be arrested if she did not attend.
