Katie Price has taken a huge step in her tumultuous life.
The glamour modelling icon, 47, has finally moved out of her ‘cursed’ and now infamous Mucky Mansion and was seen moving into her new home – a rented, converted three-bedroom barn – on Tuesday.
The star was showing off the results of her most recent bout of surgery, having undertaken a ‘fox eye’ procedure, as she loaded belongings into her home having moved out of the wrecked Sussex mansion she made famous.
Katie’s detached, nine-bedroom pile became renowned for its state – even becoming the subject of a reality show – and sold in December for £1.5million. She has plenty to celebrate as her 2017 song I Got U has bizarrely topped the charts.
As she got settled in her new digs, Katie, who is paying £4.5k a month for the house, was seen chatting fondly to delivery men and carrying a half mannequin in herself.

Katie’s big move comes after her daughter Princess discussed living in her mother’s ‘Mucky Mansion’, which she branded ‘a really scary place’.
The celebrity offspring, 18, whose father is Peter Andre, spoke to The Guardian in conjunction with the launch of her ITV2 reality show The Princess Diaries.
On the ‘chaotic’ life at Katie’s Sussex home, which has become famous for its dilapidated state and repossessions, Princess admitted ‘bad experiences’ happened in the house: ‘It was a really scary house. A lot went on there. So I didn’t really like it.’
While Princess did not specify what her own experiences were, Katie has famously sworn the home is haunted while also being victim of attacks on her home.
Katie has spoken in the past about her fears that her old home is haunted by the spirit of a small child, while a number of her pets have died in the property.
The family originally left the £2million family home last May after claiming vandals had poured corrosive acid over her car while it was parked outside the property.
The Mucky Mansion, pictured in May last year, featured mounds of rubbish, a discarded horse box and Katie’s now-legendary pink Range Rover

It was all systems go for the removals company as she moved to the downsized property
Ahead of Katie’s departure from her former home last May, a source said: ‘Katie has been dreading this day for so long but now it is here, she can’t wait to leave.
‘The house has caused her so much grief and was too much to handle on her own. With work and the kids it all became too much in recent years. And she’s convinced it’s haunted.’
The former glamour model was declared bankrupt for a second time in March 2024 over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
Speaking about the West Sussex property, she said: ‘I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it’s been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before…
‘I can’t wait to get out of that house, I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house for nine years. I hate the Mucky Mansion, I never want to see it again and I can’t wait to move into my new place, I am so excited. New beginnings, new start, reset button’.
