Katie Price is slapped with a parking fine on her £40k car a day after she hit back at claims she had incorrectly used son Harvey’s Blue Badge

Katie Price finished off 2024 on a sour note as she was slapped with a parking ticket on Monday.

The glamour model’s £40,000 Nissan was spotted by a traffic warden outside the Northwich Memorial Court, where she has been performing in the Cinderella pantomime with Kerry Katona.

Katie, 46, appeared sheepish as she returned to her vehicle, having pulled her pink fluffy coat up to conceal her face.

She also wore a black Miss Dior jumper and jogging bottoms, toting her belongings in a Prada handbag for the outing.

The mother-of-five was slapped with the parking fine just one day after she hit back at claims she had taken advantage of son Harvey’s Blue Badge.

Harvey, 22, is blind, autistic, has septo-optic dysplasia, a learning disability, and has Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder.

He is entitled to a Blue Badge, a parking permit that lets disabled drivers and passengers park in designated disabled spaces.

However, following a report in The Sun that she had used the badge to park while Harvey wasn’t present, she took to social media to hit back.

Katie shared: ‘Just for the record, there’s paparazzi outside the theatre every morning trying to get pictures and because I’ve got Harvey with me, yes, he has disabled badges, and we drop him off around the corner then drive by the back door so he can get privacy for him and us going in and out.’

Katie and Harvey had been staying with her pal Kerry while the ladies took on the roles of the wicked step-sisters in Cinderella.

It’s believed Katie was helping to support Kerry following her split from fiancé Ryan Murphy last month.

The former Atomic Kitten, 44, parted ways with her partner, 36, last month after six years together and the star has been left devastated.

Kerry admitted in her New! Magazine column that while Christmas is usually a happy time for her, she was dreading this year as she celebrates the festivities as a single mother again.

And the pair’s close bond is set to be taken to a whole new level as Kerry revealed her eldest daughter Molly would be giving the duo matching tattoos over the holiday period.

As well as changing her look with a new tattoo it was reported that Katie also wanted to go under the knife again – after getting her 17th boob job earlier this year.

The Page 3 legend also told how even though she only recently underwent the facelift she is soon having another one to make her ears ‘look normal’.

Katie said of her next face lift: ‘I’m already going back. I’ve never had ears that stick out, but I saw a surgeon the other day…

‘With my face[lift], where they sewed it at the back, my ears now stick out, so the surgeon is just going to put them back to normal.’

The former Loose Women panellist also admitted that she ‘prefers’ being smaller in size, but liposuction ‘never worked’ for her because she is ‘too lazy’ to go to the gym.

She added: ‘Lipo never worked because I was too lazy to go to the gym. I had a lip lift, which was a waste of time.

‘I want my boobs smaller again. I prefer being smaller.’

Katie has famously been under the knife several times since she shot to fame in the late 1990s.

What are the rules of Blue Badge parking permits? Who can use them?

Blue Badge parking permits let disabled drivers and passengers park in designated disabled spaces.

You automatically qualify for a blue badge if you are blind, receive a war pensioner’s mobility supplement or the higher rate of the mobility component of the disability living allowance.

All other applications are considered by local authorities on a case-by-case basis.

One such reason that you have qualify is if you have a permanent and severe disability which means you cannot walk or can only walk with severe difficulty.

Generally children under the age of two are not eligible for a blue badge, as they are expected to use a pushchair at that age.

But children over two may qualify for a blue badge if they have severe mobility problems.

Certain children under the age of three may be eligible if they have a disability due to a medical condition and need to travel with bulky equipment or be close to a vehicle for emergency medical treatment.

Family members are allowed to use the blue badge as long as they are present with the disabled relative; using it without them present can result in a criminal conviction and a fine of more than £1,000.
