The 45-year-old Dawson’s Creek alum followed in the fabulous footsteps of Andie MacDowell and Paulina Porizkova to embrace substantial grey roots sprouting from her signature brunette mane.
Perhaps Katie and her regular hairstylist DJ Quintero have decided to stop dyeing in favor of embracing the silver strands that come with aging gracefully.
Holmes – rocking a nose ring – showcased her toned arms in a black sleeveless maxi-dress, featuring cascading folds down the front, as well as white rose-laden black cha-cha heels selected by stylist Brie Welch.
Make-up artist Genevieve Herr defined The Rare Objects director-star’s naturally bushy brows and applied her silver eye shadow and overlined pink pout.

Katie hasn’t had a professional acting gig since she starred in an off-Broadway Roundabout Theatre Company play a year ago.
Holmes portrayed movie star Julia Cheever in director Barry Edelstein’s Jewish drama Wanderers, penned by Anna Ziegler, which ran from January 26, 2023–April 2, 2023 at the Laura Pels Theatre in Manhattan.
The Ohio-born beauty also previously starred in two prior Broadway productions for The Shubert Organization – Arthur Miller’s All My Sons at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in 2008-2009 and Theresa Rebeck’s comedy Dead Accounts at the Music Box Theatre in 2012-2013.
Missing from Katie’s side on Monday night was her daughter Suri Cruise.
Holmes has one last child support payment of $33,333 coming from her ex-husband Tom Cruise before their not-so-typical teenager officially becomes a legal adult at 18 on April 18.
However, the 61-year-old Mission: Impossible action star did agree to pay for Suri’s college tuition, and she’s evidently ‘leaning towards’ studying fashion in New York.
Last Thursday, In Touch Weekly reported that The Alone Together director-star was ‘terrified’ over her ‘uncertain future’ and ‘might cash in by penning a tell-all book’ since their non-disclosure agreement ‘is set to expire too.’
The very next day, Katie’s attorney Jonathan W. Wolfe told Radar Online: ‘The story is riddled with falsehoods. One would hope there would be more newsworthy items to cover, and publications would avoid reporting as “facts” claims from anonymous sources peddling such obvious misrepresentations.’

Tom – who also covers the Blue Moon singer’s medical, dental, and insurance expenses – hasn’t been pictured with his youngest child since ending his six-year marriage in 2012 to Holmes, who receives no spousal support.
Cruise has had ‘no part’ in Suri’s life, and some speculate his alleged estrangement has to do with the mother-daughter duo ‘disavowing the Church of Scientology’ and devotees don’t associate with SPs (suppressive people).
