Fans went wild as Katie Holmes appeared to like an Instagram post regarding the confirmation of her ex Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas’ new romance back in May.
The post appeared on Daily Mail’s official Instagram page, linking to a story about the pair confirming the union while also revealing his other ex Penelope Cruz approved.
She appears to have since removed the like but not before eagle-eyed Daily Mail readers spotted the activity and wrote in the comments section: ‘Katie holmes liked this post… Did anyone else notice that Katie Holmes liked this post?’
In the throes of their romance, Ana and Tom, 63, marked her 37th birthday with a fun night out on the town in April during which they snapped sweet pictures together.
While the festivities were earlier in the year, Santiago Lastra, who is head chef at London’s swanky KOL restaurant, shared throwback images from their night out. He posted the pictures in a nod to Tom’s birthday last week.

Katie and Tom began dating in April 2005 and after declarations of love they revealed they were expecting their first child in October the same year. They welcomed daughter Suri in April 2006.
They married in November the same year at the 15th-century castle Castello Orsini-Odescalchi in Bracciano, in a Scientologist ceremony. David Miscavige, the head of Scientology, served as best man.
In June 2012, Katie filed for divorce and on July 9, the couple signed a divorce settlement worked out by their lawyers.
The acrimonious split saw Tom state that Katie divorced him in part to protect Suri from Scientology and that she is no longer a practicing member of the organisation.
Late last year, it was reported that Suri, 19, is now able to access the substantial trust fund set up by her famous father.
‘It is part of the divorce agreement that Tom Cruise’s trust fund be made available to daughter Suri when she turns 18, and it is indeed substantial,’ an insider revealed, referencing Katie and Tom’s split in 2012 after six years of marriage.
‘She was allowed to access it when she turned 18 in April,’ continued the source.

‘The rest of the money will become available to her once she enters her 30s. The trust fund was carefully constructed so that she does not get all the money at once and becomes overwhelmed.’
When Tom and Katie separated in 2012, it was stipulated that Cruise had set up a trust fund for Suri, which she could access partially at 18 and in full when she turned 30.
Additionally, Cruise agreed to pay Katie Holmes $400,000 annually in child support—roughly $33,000 a month—until Suri turned 18. It is believed those payments have now ceased.
While she has sine enjoyed romances with Jamie Foxx, chef Emilio Vitolo Jr and musician Bobby Wooten III.

Tom and Ana were first romantically linked earlier this year in February when they were spotted for what was reportedly a professional dinner in London.
The following month, they were pictured with cheeky smiles on both of their faces after their flight landed at the London Heliport.
That alleged work meeting as well as many others fueled rumors that the pair were more than just coworkers.
In April, the pair were spotted arriving together in London again to spend de Armas’ 37th birthday together before fans spotted them on a romantic stroll through the park that same week.
In mid-May, an insider spoke about how Cruise is ‘super smitten’ with de Armas even though it is still early into their romance.
