Kathy Hilton, 66, Looks Fabulous in Minidress for 46th Anniversary Celebration

Kathy Hilton flaunted her ageless glam in a fun anniversary snap with her husband Rick Hilton.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 66, hit Instagram on Monday with an adorable photo, showing the blonde socialite turning heads in a skimpy black lace minidress.

With its plunging neckline, the dress put her cleavage front and center, while a pair of sky-high black heels showed off her flawless gams. 

Standing beside her tall, dapper beau, Kathy looked every inch the Beverly Hills queen.

‘Happy anniversary to my forever date @rickhilton7,’ she captioned the shot — sending friends and fans flooding the comments with love.

Kathy married hotel heir Rick back in 1979, cementing her place in the powerhouse Hilton dynasty. 

The longtime couple share four children — Paris, Nicky, Barron, and Conrad — each of whom has carved out their own lane in fashion, business, and entertainment. 

The anniversary post also shows the couple are staying focused on the positive after suffering a harrowing home invasion just weeks ago. 

While Kathy was away at BravoCon in Las Vegas, three burglars allegedly broke into their Beverly Hills mansion.

Speaking with reporters afterward, the reality star explained that the city’s recent downpour may have saved them from something far worse. 

‘The only thing I’ll say — it was pretty good. By the time they got up, it was raining. Our security was checking a leak,’ she shared. 

‘And so he came up and they all met up, and they ran.’

When asked about their alarm system, Kathy clarified, ‘When somebody is going outside, you turn it off.’

Rick added, ‘We have all of that,’ as Kathy noted that they also employ private security.

Reporters then questioned whether they’ll think twice about posting their whereabouts on social media, worried it could tip off would-be intruders. 

‘Well, that was my job,’ Kathy said of maintaining her online presence. ‘I never disclose where I am at.’

As for keeping a firearm in the home, Rick didn’t hesitate: ‘Very much,’ he said. 

Kathy added, ‘Just as long as everybody’s safe, that’s it.’

Rick was the one who dialed 911, reportedly telling dispatchers that three burglars were inside their home, per TMZ. 

Police arrived and swept the property, but the suspects had already fled — and it remains unclear if anything was taken.

In a bizarre twist, fellow RHOBH star Sutton Stracke, 54, experienced her own scare that same Saturday. 

Around 2 p.m., her dog walker called 911 after discovering a broken kitchen window, prompting officers to take a report. It’s still unknown whether anything was stolen.

Just a day earlier at BravoCon, Kathy had been seen with Stracke at the Hilton at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, along with her sister and former costar Kyle Richards.

Other Housewives fixtures — including Erika Jayne, Anthony Allen Ramos, Bozoma Saint John, Dorit Kemsley and Rachel Zoe — also made the scene.

Some of those same famous faces popped up at Kathy’s annual holiday charity bash earlier this month. 

The star’s beloved pajama party drew a packed roster of celebs, including Bijou Phillips and TikTok sensation Dylan Mulvaney — plus a few surprise Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alums like Denise Richards, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Camille Grammer.

The star-studded holiday tradition benefited the Los Angeles Mission, which provides meals, housing, and recovery programs for the unhoused. 

Yogi’s House — a rescue dedicated to keeping dogs off euthanasia lists — and Camp Crocker Rescue, a nonprofit rehabilitating at-risk pups, were also among the night’s beneficiaries. 

In past years, guests have donated unwrapped toys for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, cementing Kathy’s party as one of Beverly Hills’ most festive philanthropic staples.

Kathy’s sprawling mansion was transformed into a winter wonderland, decked out with towering Christmas trees, lush wreaths, and life-size nutcrackers marking the official start of the season. 

A QVC-sponsored gift-wrapping station rounded out the festivities, and guests flooded social media afterward to thank their ever-gracious host.
