The comedian, 40, gives a rare insight into her dating history and plastic surgery in a in Kathy Burke’s Podcast, Where There’s A Will There’s A Wake.
Katherine, who is married to husband Bobby Kootstra, 40, delves into her past love life and how a painful split from a ‘very sexual’ ex led her to worry he would release the private naked photos.
She said: ‘I have an ex in particular who is very sexual. And he was always pestering me for naked photos.
‘And I was not the kind to send, I’m very vanilla in the sack actually, I’m not adventurous, I’m not into any weird stuff, I’m not the right age for sending naked photos.

‘This is like my first smartphone, I was like, ‘I don’t want to take naked photos of my…’
‘But I took a few, after being pestered, I took a few, very tasteful nudes. I always felt like he would probably leak them, cause we’re kind of enemies now, I mean.’
Katherine admitted while they were enemies when they split, the photos were never leaked which gave her a lot of comfort.
She said: ‘We were enemies when we split up. But he never leaked them anywhere. And that gave me a lot of comfort at the time.
‘I went, “phew”, those naked photos have never resurfaced. But now that I’ve had a couple of kids and I’m 40, I’m like, well, where are those photos?’
Katherine, who married Bobby in 2019 and has three children, reflected: ‘I was very hungry, very young. And they were tasteful. At the time I thought, “Oh, these are the most scandalous photos in the world”. But let’s get them out!’
Elsewhere in the interview, the comedian spoke out on plastic surgery and how she could be tempted to have a facelift, another boob job and liposuction.
She said: ‘I haven’t had anywhere near as much plastic surgery as I joke about. It’s like Jimmy Carr started joking that I had plastic surgery and then I would just go along with it.

Life before marriage: Katherine, who married Bobby in 2019 and has three children, reflected on her dating history
‘It was funny. But, realistically, I’m 40 now. As I get older, why not have a facelift at some point? I think I would like it.
‘My boobs probably need redoing. I’d like to get liposuction because they have this science now where they can take any fat from your body and use it to put it back. So, they put it in your bum or they put it in your face.’
The TV host got breast implants at the age of 20, after saving from the expensive procedure from her job at restaurant chain Hooters.
Katherine joked she wants to ‘die glamorously, under the knife’ before adding how important it is to find the right surgeon.
She said: ‘I was learning that a footballer’s wife sadly died doing that. Because the doctor didn’t know what he was doing, and he punctured her bowel like nine times.
‘So, I hear stories like this, and I think I’m just stupid enough to go and do it anyway. I think it’s tricky to know. You think you do all your research, and you know who’s above the board, but anyone can have a bad day.’

During the interview, Katherine spoke about her regrets and said she should have ‘wasted less time on romantic relationships’.
She said: ‘I could have been a sniffer dog at an airport. You know what I mean? I could just find the loser. Like, who’s got the drugs? Him! I had a special talent.
‘I don’t know what it was about me. I think I had a rescue syndrome for a number of years. I had a nice childhood.
‘I don’t really remember any reason why I would gravitate toward such losers. But I did that for a number of years, and I think they gave me material.
‘I struggled. So that’s always positive in your own personal growth.’
Katherine said she doesn’t regret her past relationships as she has become a ‘grown woman who knows herself’.
She added: ‘My God, they weren’t worth my time and you never get time back.’
