Kate Brazier showed off her enviable abs on Instagram on Sunday as she detailed the ‘hardest graft’ she’s done for five months to ensure she feels good at 35.
PR executive Kate, who turned 35 earlier this month, is the wife of television personality Jeff Brazier, 45, and the stepmother of actor Bobby Brazier, 21.
She looked amazing in a lilac soft cotton bra and pink underwear of the same material as she posed for a mirror selfie.
Kate accessorised with a gold bracelet, black sunglasses, a pink event wristband, and a black Celine baseball cap.
She captioned Sunday’s post: ‘Went away in February and said to my husband that I was so unhappy about how I looked when we sat by the pool.

‘I have said it so many times, but I remember saying this time, finally, I am going to do something about it so that when I turn 35 I feel good.
‘Fast forward 5 months of putting in the hardest graft and 35 does not look so bad. Proud of me.
‘Also the biggest shout out to @jeffbrazier who makes me feel 10/10 no matter what, but has also encouraged me so much to find this version of me.’
In May, Kate and Jeff made an unexpected appearance at the Marcello Mio premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
They matched in black, Kate wearing an off-shoulder dress with a front slit and Jeff a dapper tuxedo.
In July, Kate and Jeff decided to give their marriage another try, seven months after announcing their separation.
The pair were spotted packing on the PDA whilst on a luxury cruise – and their wedding rings were firmly on.
Jeff also featured Kate in a host of Instagram posts including one in which they shared a kiss.

The pair initially split after four years of marriage and nine years together after attempting a marriage reset.
Announcing his split from Kate in December 2022, Jeff said: ‘I have so much to be grateful for and I appreciate facing the lessons I need to grow but this year has been challenging to say the least.
‘My nine-year relationship ended earlier in the year and I’ve been working through that on top of supporting someone close to me who is going through something difficult.
‘The boys and I have recently moved home to a new area and I spend most of the time alone as the boys obviously have their own things going on.
‘It’s been constant change this year and I’m good with adapting but the combination of things have left me low at times. I’ve honestly never felt loneliness like it. Can we put Christmas back a few months?!
‘I have lots of great friends and I know they’re a phone call away but sometimes I find it hard to admit I’m struggling.
‘I have to plug myself back in to the friendships that have supported me, surviving 14 years of my focus laying elsewhere.
‘I know there are many of us out there that find it easier to support than be supported but here’s to a better balance of the two in 2023, we need it and deserve it.’
