The model, 51, was supported by her artist and fashion designer pal Bella Freud, who is the daughter of Kate’s late pal Lucian Freud to whom she was a muse, while leaving in a bleary-eyed fashion and stumbling into a cab.
Showcasing her model legs, the quinquagenarian wore an eye-wateringly short mini with sky-high cort shoes and a chic fur-collared black coat.
Kate joined a slew of mega-stars at Kim’s big bash where she appeared to have enjoyed the festivities given her animated departure.
