Kate Lawler posed in a skimpy floral bikini as she lifted the winter blues by enjoying a sun-drenched visit to Antigua.
The TV host, 43, jetted out to the Caribbean island shortly before Christmas to film holiday competition segments for ITV Daytime.
Despite leaving behind her husband Martin Bojitos and daughter Noa, two, she revelled in her three-day trip in which she stayed at the five-star adults only resort The Verandah.
Kate documented her mini-break to her 492,000 Instagram followers, which included snaps of posing in a bikini, stunning views and enjoying drinks with her film crew.
Lauding the island’s vibe, she wrote: ‘It’s my first time visiting this beautiful island in the Caribbean and I’m already in love.’

She added: ‘Despite being full of cold, the sunshine and beautiful surroundings are making me feel so much better.
‘Missing home of course, I’ve been FaceTiming and receiving lots of photos and hoping to bring Boj and Noa back here for a holiday one day.’
Former Big Brother winner Kate revealed she went on the Pink Panther Safari tour of the island, which saw her travel to the region’s must-see locations in a pink Jeep, including Devil’s Beach.
But her main port of call was The Veranda, part of the Elite Island Resort Group, which has just completed an extensive renovation and added a number of new amenities.
The all-inclusive resort is set on 30 waterfront acres with two white-sand beaches, and just 25 minutes from Antigua’s VC International airport.
It features two white-sand beaches and four spectacular freshwater swimming pools, plus the Tranquillity Body & Soul Spa which now boasts revamped treatment rooms, and a menu with even more spa and salon experiences.
The Verandah’s 180 open-plan suites are split into waterfront, water view or hillside categories, all of which are dripping in sheer luxury.
Kate had the choice of five restaurants to dine in, including Michelin-starred Italian-themed Portofino, fine-dining favourite Nicole’s, seafood stalwart Sails & Tales plus Papa Ricco’s Pizzeria, perfect for casual beachfront dining.
The Big Brother star enjoyed drinks with her film crew during the lavish getaway, making sure to share snaps on her Instagram

And the TV presenter could keep up with her fitness regime courtesy of the resort’s state-of the-art gym, plus various sporting facilities including pickleball courts and an 18-hole mini golf course
And if she fancied a lively evening, Kate could enjoy a night at brand new sports-themed bar The Wavy Wicket, which puts on late-night karaoke.
The pub is set to be at the heart of the resort’s vibrant nightlife alongside live poolside entertainment.
During her stay, Kate also visited the resort’s sister location, the Pineapple Beach Club, had lunch at the famous Outhouse Restaurant, and took part in a special tradition alongside other guests.
She explains: ‘It’s become a tradition for holidaymakers to do a ‘Kate Woz Ere’ style message on wooden plaques and nail them to the trees and walls of the lunch spot.
‘It was fun to read all the names of people who’d visited, got engaged or married, people even left flip flops nailed to the walls too and I saw a pair of wooden clogs.’
