Kate Hudson is gearing up to unveil her vocal talents to the world as she teased the upcoming release of her debut single.
The Oscar-nominated actress, 44, took to her Instagram on Thursday to share a snippet of the her song Talk About Love along with its accompanying cover art.
The star looks absolutely stunning in the image, donning a fur coat while seated in the driver’s seat of a vintage car and holding up a peace sign.
‘Sneaky peeky, I’m beyond excited to put my first single Talk About Love into the world, Out January 30,’ she captioned the post.
A few days earlier, Kate had teased the upcoming single on social media by sharing a compilation of snaps from the cover art shoot and a behind-the-scenes clip from her recording studio.

While speaking with E! News on the 2023 Critics’ Choice Awards red carpet, Kate said, ‘I’ve got 26 songs. We’re dwindling them down.’
‘It’s just been a great, creative, completely immersive experience for me and something I had to get out and I’m getting it out!’ she added.
In December 2022, Kate shared how the start of the COVID-19 pandemic got her moving on her musical dreams.
‘I had this thing [during] COVID … Every time you’re doing interviews, people are like, ‘Do you have any regrets?’ I go, ‘I’m early 40s… not yet.’ But during COVID, I was like, ‘You know, what am I doing?’ ” she said during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
She went on to mention that she’s been a songwriter since she was 19, but ‘never shared’ her work, explaining, ‘I just thought that would be one of my great regrets.
‘I have no expectations. I just want to put a record out, and so I’m doing it. And I’m really proud of it. I can’t wait.’
It comes as no surprise Kate is all in for a musical debut as she was born into a musical family.

Her dad, William Louis Hudson Jr., was a vocalist in The Hudson Brothers, performing with his siblings from the 1960s to the early 1980s.
During the 1970s, the band became teen idols, touring with the Osmonds and David Cassidy, and even hosting their own half-hour comedy series titled The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show from 1974 to 1975.
Kate’s career has also provided a platform for showcasing her dulcet tones.
