Following the one-on-one session, Kate wore a pair of chunky sunglasses and kept comfortable in a pair of slides as she posed for the selfie holding a large water bottle.

Later in the day, the former reality star slipped into a white tank top, which she tied at the waist, and a low rise matching skirt.
The beauty accessorised with a black short handbag and wore a number of pieces of gold jewellery.
She penned: ‘Quick shower, makeup and change ready to go to London. Is anyone else struggling to know what to wear in this heat?! Going for light and airy today’.
Ahead of leaving for the city, Kate posed for another mirror selfie as she caught step-daughter Tia unloading the dishwasher in the background.
She wrote: ‘Got the right idea haven’t I? Me on selfies, Tia on dishwasher’.
It comes after Kate showed off her sensational figure in a black bikini as she posed for Instagram snaps during a lavish holiday in Mykonos last week.
She caught up on lost time with her former footballer husband Rio, 45, following his four-week stint away covering the Euros in Germany.
The couple seemed in good spirits as they relaxed at Principote beach club during their first day on the Greek island.

Rio looked every inch in holiday mode as he rocked a white linen shirt and coordinated swimming shorts as he sipped on a cocktail.
The loved-up couple, who tied the knot in September 2019, looked smitten as they spent quality time on their relaxing summers trip.
Kate and Rio share son Cree, three, and daughter Shae, who celebrated her first birthday this month.
The former reality TV star is also step-mother to Rio’s children Lorenz, 18, Tate, 15, and Tia, from his first wife Rebecca Ellison, who tragically passed away in 2015 after a short battle with breast cancer.
It comes after Kate gushed over the ‘beautiful bond’ she has created with step-daughter Tia.
The television personality shared a sweet video of the pair holding hands while running along the beach as she said she ‘couldn’t imagine life’ without her.
Alongside the video, Kate penned: ‘It can be tough coming in as a step mum to a young girl that has lost her mum but over the years, the ups & downs, the judgements from others, the beautiful and the confusing moments a beautiful bond has been created.

Kate previously revealed whether her and Rio were planning to expand their family further.
Kate did a Q&A on Instagram last month where she was asked about if they were planning on adding to their blended family.
When asked: ‘Do you want anymore children?’ Kate replied: ‘The shop is shut. Five is more than enough for us.’
