has marked her step-daughter Tia's 15th birthday with a sweet tribute after they returned to war-torn .

The TV personality and influencer, 34, took to social media on Thursday to celebrate the teenager with a gushing post.

Kate, who married former footballer Rio, 47, in 2019, shared a snap of Tia back in Dubai looking out at the city's eye-catching skyline.

While her back was to the camera, Tia could still be seen smiling whilst holding a bouquet of flowers and pink and white balloons.

Kate said: 'It's the biggest privilege to be your step mum and I love you more than words can describe.

'My special special girl. Me and you forever'.

Kate also shared how she took Tia for breakfast, posting a snap of the delicious healthy spread in front of them.

Tia's mother Rebecca Ellison tragically passed away from breast cancer aged 34 in 2015.

Kate is also step-mum to Lorenz, 19, and 17-year-old Tate.

She and Rio share two-year-old Shae and Cree, five. 

The couple relocated to the Middle East with Tia as well as their own two children. 

Kate recently shared an insight into her parenting and said she and Tia 'butt heads' on occasion and she is '. 

She said on her Blended podcast: 'It's hard when you've got young kids because they take up a lot of your time, so you've got to make sure you've got that time [for the older ones].

'Kids go through phases. It's okay to have one or two weeks where you're at each other, you're butting heads a bit.'

She continued: 'Like me and Tia, she won't mind me saying, but we have these moments where we just butt heads for three or four days and we both don't know what's going on.

'Then it's like "We're alright now aren't we" and we're fine. But it's just like emotions, different times of the month. There's so much going on.'  

Last month Rio and Kate fled Dubai after 'scary' Iranian drone attacks .

They left the city for their holiday home in Portugal, before returning to London for work and family commitments and then jetting to the Maldives for a holiday.

In a post to fans on social media at the time, Kate branded the move a 'nervous system reset'.

She shared a gallery of recent photos from the break away, one of which showed off her incredible figure as she stripped down to a skimpy yellow bikini.

In one sizzling snap, Kate looked phenomenal as she showed off her toned physique as she donned the bikini while laying on a sandy beach.

Kate also shared adorable snaps of the children playing in the water and football, following in their father's footsteps.

Kate and Rio also posed for a loved-up snap together on the beach as the sun set behind them.

Shortly after upping sticks, Kate writing: 'I am enjoying it, but I miss home quite a lot.

'I get upset. I miss the big boys a lot and I'm just struggling with that. I know this decision is right for my younger children and as a family we are settled there, but the boys are following their football careers.

'So, they're doing what they want to do otherwise they'd be with us. But it's very hard because we've been through so much as a family and we've always been together and that's a huge adjustment.'
