Kate Cassidy Stuns in Bikini After Breakup Prank

's girlfriend sent temperatures soaring in a skimpy lilac bikini as she posed up a storm for Instagram snaps on Friday. 

The influencer, 26, showed off her jaw-dropping figure in the tiny two-piece which boasted a triangle top and matching tie side bottoms. 

Kate slipped into a sheer coordinated mini skirt and kept comfortable in a pair of white sandals as she posed for a mirror selfie. 

The stunner toted her belongings in a large Dior handbag as she relaxed on a sun lounger on a rooftop. 

Kate pulled her dark locks up into a claw clip as she took a dip into a rooftop swimming pool which overlooked a city skyline. 

She wrote: 'I never wear purple but I might start'.  

It comes days after Kate pranked her 1.8million TikTok followers as she revealed she was 'going through a breakup' from pal Kaitlin Reagan. 

In a surprising video, which was posted on April 1, she said: 'I'm currently dealing with a little bit of a breakup and it is not with a man. 

'I feel like friendship breakups are always really hard especially when you think you know somebody so well. 

'I'll give you a hint her name is actually the same name as mine. I decided to cut all ties with Kaitlin, she might completely say the opposite but I cut her off, she did not cut me off. 

'She's also been accusing me of trying to get with Mirko, which makes absolutely no sense to me because I'm always a girls girl, I would never look twice at any of my girl friends boyfriends, ever.

'It's definitely part of me that feels really sad, of course I love Kaitlin but like I just can't deal with this jealousy anymore.

'I guess that's what you get for coming so close to somebody that you met online, like we literally met through Instagram DM and I guarantee Kaitlin will make a video right when she sees this one.' 

Meanwhile Kaitlin shared a similar video chatting to the camera claiming the pair are 'no longer friends'. 

However after April Fools was over Kaitlin shared a video asking if she should go into acting from the prank and Kate shared a snap of the pair with 'April Fools guys', written over the top. 

Kaitlin revealed in her video that she and Kate wanted to have some 'fun' on their platforms and prank their fans. 

It seems the prank didn't fully work though as several fans claimed they 'knew it was April fools'. 

It comes after last month, Kate eyed up a role on reality dating show , 17 months on from the star's death.

Liam died aged 31 in October 2024, after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was found to have and cocaine in his system.

Now, Kate, who dated singer Liam for two years until his shock death, has teased she is ready to start dating again as she filmed a fun new TikTok video. 

The American influencer tagged the network responsible for The Bachelorette and asked to be chosen for the show. 

Kate danced for the camera wearing sunglasses and wrote: 'Heard they're looking for a new Bachelorette.... hi'. 

She captioned the post: 'hi abc'.

Fans took to the comments to say they would tune-in if Kate starred on the hit US show because she would be a 'good match'. 

They wrote: 'I’d watch the show for the first time if you went on it; Wait but genuinely can this happen; Girl wait.. you might be onto something here..;

'Your season would EAT; Actually you would be a good match for this; I’d watch the bachelorette for the first time in my life if they picked you'.

Kate, who cut a low-key figure in a pair of low-rise jeans and a crop top, threw her head back beaming and added Olivia Newton-John's hit song Hopelessly Devoted To You over the video.

Fans took to the comments to say they are 'so happy' for Kate and that she 'deserves to find love' again.

However, Kate tagged her male friend Michael in the caption, prompting some fans to point out he is her sister Amy's friend.

Last year Kate broke down in tears and said that her future boyfriends would have to accept that she’ll ‘always love’ Liam.

The influencer shared an update as she hit back at an online troll who said that they wished he would stop talking about the late singer and move on.

The pair had been together for two years before he passed away, with Kate documenting her journey with grief on social media.

In a TikTok video, Kate said: 'I want to make something clear. Whoever I end up with in my future will have to accept the fact I will always love Liam.

'I will always talk about Liam I will always laugh about Liam, I will always cry about Liam.'

Kate continued: 'Let me tell you something, Liam Payne was my boyfriend. He wasn’t just this famous figure to me.

'It hurts so bad because I am just criticised all the time for speaking about my boyfriend that passed away, the person that I loved and still do love. I would never settle for anyone in this lifetime who did not feel comfortable enough with me speaking about Liam.

'Liam was a very big part of my life. He was my best friend, somebody I really thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with and, obviously, I know one day I'm going to have to move on. I want to get married one day. I want to have kids.

'When a person dies, they die twice, once when they actually die and the second time when you stop speaking about them. I'm not going to have Liam die twice on me. I will love him forever.'
