The former girlfriend of the late Liam Payne , 26, revealed she was taking Halloween ‘very seriously this year’ and needed the piercing to complete her costume
Speaking to the camera she quickly signed off, ‘Ok that is my queue to go’.
Kate showed off her incredible figure in the video wearing a stylish black sleeveless button up crop top and white low rise tracksuit bottoms.
She started off the post explaining: ‘Come with me to get my belly button pieced. So my Halloween costume requires a belly ring and I’m not going to tell you what my costume is but I’m taking Halloween very seriously this year.
‘So lets go get a needle stabbed through my belly button. Fun fact I’ve had my belly button pieced before when I was 16.’
The blonde beauty was then seen picking out the belly bar before lying on the piercing bed and later showing off the new look in the street.
It comes as it was revealed that Kate is open to dating again a year after boyfriend Liam’s death.
Previously Kate has shared that she suffered from depression after the 31-year-old pop sensation known for being a member of boy band One Direction, plunged to his death from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, 2024.
A subsequent toxicology report revealed alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant in his system.

Now, a friend of Kate’s told the Daily Mail that she is ready to move on with her life after plenty of days when she wouldn’t even smile.
The source added that she is not paying attention to gossip and new reporting surrounding Liam’s death, including allegations from his friends that she is tormenting his family.
‘She’s hanging out with friends and she’s open to dating again, although she’s not quite there yet,’ the source said. ‘There was a point where she was definitely not okay, but she’s getting better now.’
The friend detailed Kate’s dark days after Liam’s death, which made headlines around the world and sparked a period of mourning from his global legion of fans.
‘There were months where I literally didn’t see her smile, and I was seeing her every day,’ the friend told the Daily Mail. ‘It was so concerning, she didn’t even seem like herself. She canceled a lot of hangouts and just was almost a recluse.’
But now, the source said Kate is doing much better – adding she is back to posting fun-loving pictures on Instagram and seeing her friends.
‘She’s moving forward now,’ the friend said. ‘She knows it’s what he would have wanted.’

It comes after Kate paid tribute to the One Direction star on Instagram on the one year anniversary of his death last week.
Kate shared a sweet black and white picture of the pair in bed with Liam kissing her cheek.
A second snap shared to her Stories, showed Kate hugging Liam as the pair were wrapped up during a winter snowy break.
She wrote: ‘Today marks a full year without you here. I will forever hate goodbyes. I miss you Liam’.
The influencer later shared her final moments with Liam as she posted a clip on TikTok, the light-hearted video showing the singer playfully attempting to hoist Kate up into the air.
After several attempts the pair then burst out laughing at Liam being unable to pull off the manoeuvre.
Kate wrote alongside the previously unseen clip: ‘This video was taken during the last hour and last day Liam and I shared in this lifetime.
‘I am forever grateful for the beautiful moments we shared. I will miss you for the rest of my life Liam.’
