Kate Brazier Shares Cryptic Post After Jeff Split, Heads on Another Holiday

Last week, Jeff Brazier revealed that his seven-year marriage with his wife, Kate, had sadly come to an end.

Hours after his statement, Kate, 35, admitted that she had been struggling to sleep during a holiday to Las Vegas, in a post shared to her Instagram story. 

However, since then, the PR consultant has jetted off on another holiday in the wake of her relationship breakdown.

Taking to Instagram again on Monday, Kate shared a sneak peek of her travels so far with her lookalike mother. 

Sharing a video of her mother in the airport’s Duty Free section, Kate captioned the post: ‘Haven’t been away just my mum and I for 8 years. It is already proving very amusing. 

‘She’s fallen over her own feet twice and has enough ‘plane snacks’ for the whole plane.’ 

Soon afterwards, she captured one of the plane’s wings flying high in the sky, as she took flight. 

Clearly feeling reflective, she penned: ‘Nothing like being above the clouds to remind you that there are much bigger things out there’ alongside a prayer hands emoji. 

This is Kate’s second holiday in one week, and she recently confessed she struggled to adjust to the UK time zone since her Sin City getaway.

Looking deep in thought, she captioned her close-up snap on Friday: ‘Thought I had beaten the jet lag, but the fact that I’m up at 3am eating pickles and scrolling tells me otherwise. Can’t wait to head back to the sun for a bit of r&r.’

Jeff announced that he and Kate had gone their separate ways with a lengthy Instagram statement last Tuesday. 

He also made reference to the difficult year they had faced due to fractured relations with his son Freddy, 21.

He told fans: ‘I’m so full of love and gratitude for Kate. For all we achieved, for how much we grew, for everything we endured.

‘We separated in the summer and kept it private for as long as we could to give us some time to adjust.

‘For 12 years we have been each others safe space, each others biggest supporters at a time when our lives have been busy, painful & complex.

‘I’m so proud of how hard we worked, how we kept showing up, we gave everything and more.

‘I’m also so full of respect and admiration for the successful career Kate has built and the way she cared for me unconditionally.’

Jeff stated that Kate still keeps in touch to check in on how his sons are doing, as Freddy prepares to welcome his first child.

The presenter continued: ‘It’s credit to the woman she is that she still checks in to ask how the boys are doing because she is so invested in their lives.

‘They love her and I have many friends that love her too. I will miss her family who always went above and beyond to support us.

‘My words don’t tell the full picture because they don’t need to. We will carry on supporting each other and I know I’ll be celebrating her inevitable wins just like before.

‘We both deserve complete happiness and we’re upset that we ultimately couldn’t be that for one another and It felt time to let it go.’
