Taking to her Instagram, the PR specialist, 35, shared a mirror selfie with fans following her split from husband Jeff Brazier.
Posing in a gym, Katie modelled a white crop top and black leggings, showing off strong, sculpted abs and a fit frame having just worked through a gruelling session.
Just a few days before, she shared a different look, stepping out in a sleek black dress for an evening out, captioning the image: ‘The best is yet to come.’
In another image, Kate reassured her followers that she was embracing the solo life and even joked that she ‘can do anything’ having managed to get rid of a spider by herself, without enlisting help.
Kate and Jeff, who married in September 2018 after a decade together first split in 2022 before reconciling.

Jeff announced that he and Kate had gone their separate ways with a lengthy Instagram statement in November 2025
Jeff, 46, confirmed the separation publicly in November, saying they had ‘given everything and more’ but realised they ‘couldn’t make it work.’
Alongside a throwback photo from a family holiday, Jeff made reference to the difficult year they had faced due to fractured relations with his son Freddy, 21.
He told fans: ‘I’m so full of love and gratitude for Kate. For all we achieved, for how much we grew, for everything we endured.
‘We separated in the summer and kept it private for as long as we could to give us some time to adjust.’
Despite their formal split, Jeff spoke about his admiration for Kate, calling her ‘a successful career woman who cared unconditionally’ and expressed his pride in what they had built together.
He continued: ‘For 12 years we have been each others safe space, each others biggest supporters at a time when our lives have been busy, painful & complex.
‘I’m so proud of how hard we worked, how we kept showing up, we gave everything and more.
‘I’m also so full of respect and admiration for the successful career Kate has built and the way she cared for me unconditionally.’
