Kate Bosworth and Justin Long Welcome Baby After Two Years of Marriage

Kate Bosworth and husband Justin Long have reportedly welcomed their first child.

The 42-year-old actress and 47-year-old actor now have a baby girl that was born via a surrogate, Page Six claimed on Thursday.

The married couple have yet to confirm the report. 

They started dating in 2021 after working together on the movie House of Darkness, then got engaged, and wed in June 2023. 

Kate dated actor Alexander Skarsgard and was married to director Michael Polish. Justin dated Drew Barrymore and Amanda Seyfried.

Kate and Justin seemed to start dating around December 2021 after they met on the set of a movie.

Kate and Justin sparked engagement rumors in March after she was seen rocking a large diamond ring on her ring finger.

In May 2023, the actor called Kate his ‘now-wife’ during his podcast episode of Life is Short.

Justin was chatting with actress Kyra Sedgwick about Kate visiting the set while he filmed Barbarian in Bulgaria.

The actor said: ‘I was there while I was like really falling in love with my now-wife. She came to visit and I had never been comfortable with…set visits. I like to separate the relationship… But, yeah, I loved having her there and we just had the most magical time.’ 

Justin added: ‘It helped me having her there. She’d help me with scenes. It was the best.’ 

Kate was previously married to Michael Polish. Kate and Michael were married from August 2013 until they announced their separation in August 2021.

In 2023, Justin gushed about Kate in honor of her birthday, also talking about having kids one day together. 

‘You made so many people smile with your warmth and curiosity,’ the actor penned in the caption of the Instagram post.

‘You rode horses again and they helped you heal.

‘You overwhelmed a boy when you first called him ‘husband’ and made him feel luckier than he’s ever felt.’

Adding: ‘One day our kids ask me, “Dad, why did you write things about Mom on that old Instagram app? The one you won’t let us use?'”

‘And I’ll say, “Well, because there are a lot of poisonous things on the internet but your mom always inspires me to put good things into the world. Besides, I know reading those old posts touched her and made her smile.”‘
