The 46-year-old Chicago-bred rapper — whose ex-wife is Kim Kardashian — shared the album, along with a striking cover featuring his wife Bianca Censori topless.
West stands alongside her in the photo, dressed in an all-black outfit, save for a white Friday the 13th-style white mask.
Censori’s backside is ever-so-slightly covered by a sheer black piece of material that hugs her trim waist with a thin, black waistband.
The Australian-born beauty also dons thigh-high black pantyhose and high heels as she stands with her back to the camera.
