Kanye West has been pictured during a performance for his new album Vultures in Las Vegas – the same day he displayed a worrying growth on his upper lip.
The rapper, 46, donned a bizarre mask as he performed alongside Ty Dolla $ign, 41, in promotion of their brand new album on Monday, one day after Super Bowl LVIII.
Kanye, clad in a black leather jacket with matching trousers and gloved hands, commanded attention as he hit the smoky stage.
West was also pictured outside the venue, surrounded by security. He appeared to be returning to his vehicle, which awaited him just outside.
Kanye announced the concert on his Instagram on Sunday, posting details of the event along with an image representing Vultures Volume One. ‘VULTURES YE & FRIENDS 3120 S. LAS VEGAS BLVD LAS VEGAS 02 11 24 ¥$,’ he captioned the post.

That same day Kanye sparked fan concern after he was seen with a growth on his upper lip. The lip growth comes about a month after he had titanium teeth installed.
Dailymail.com previously broke the news that West spent around $850,000 for the experimental dental surgery, but now he has sparked concern with a visible lump on his top lip.
Speculation about the growth came in response to an Instagram video Kanye posted Monday. In the video, Kanye kept the camera focused on himself as he walked through an airport with his wife Bianca Censori, 29.
‘What’s wrong with ur top lip? Something is going on?? Hmmmm??’ one fan said, while a separate Twitter user asked, ‘What the hell is that lump in the middle of his top lip?’
The initial reaction to the titanium teeth from fans last month was that West – who compared himself to James Bond villain Jaws in an Instagram post after the procedure – was seeking social media clout and attention with the nearly-million dollar investment.
The experimental dental surgery on West was done by Beverly Hills, California-based Dr. Thomas Connelly alongside master dental technician Naoki Hayashi.
Connelly previously told DailyMail.com that West ‘was a pleasure to work with every step of the process,’ as ‘his vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression.
Connelly said that ‘the marriage of his vision with dental science has created a new look that is epic!’

DailyMail.com has reached out to Dr. Connelly’s office for further comment on the procedure, and whether it could be linked to the growth fans noticed on the social media post on Monday.
In the clip posted Monday, West walked alongside Censori through a terminal, holding hands at one point.
The Grammy-winning musical artist addressed a backlash from commenters who said he was giving the Australian model too much space on his social media page.
‘Don’t ever say nothing negative – if you don’t like my page, and don’t like what I’m posting, go f*** yourself, seriously,’ West said. ‘Leave me – leave the king the f*** alone – I don’t care bro, I’m gonna post my wife as much as I want – go post your wife on your f***ing Instagram.’

West showed off his updated look on his Instagram page last month, as his upper lip did not have any abnormalities at the time

West echoed a similar sentiment in the caption of the clip, as he declared, ‘Ima post my wife as much as I want bro It makes me happy.’
He added: ‘Some people don’t want you to be happy They want you to make them happy I decided to make myself happy and I’m happy with that.’
The post garnered a variety of responses, with one person commenting, ‘Imagine just seeing Kanye in an airport,’ while another said, ‘This isn’t Kanye west, this is someone else impersonating him.’
Another person made reference to West’s titanium teeth saying it looked like ‘when you put gum wrappers on your teeth as a kid to pretend you have a grill.’
West lost a number of lucrative partnerships after a series of media appearances in late 2022 in which he made antisemitic statements and praised Adolf Hitler.
Bill Maher revealed last week that he scuttled a two-hour interview he did with West for his Club Random podcast, saying he didn’t want to further platform the racist views espoused by West, who he described as a ‘charming antisemite’.
Maher, 68, told TMZ, ‘And by the way, he’s not the only one in America who feels that way – it’s not like the Jews are universally loved except for Kanye West.’
