Kanye West and Bianca Censori do not have a prenup as the estranged couple are allegedly headed for divorce following a little over two years of marriage.
Earlier this week shortly before Valentine’s Day, it was revealed that the pair have the ‘plan to divorce’ – just days after her naked Grammys stunt on the red carpet.
The rapper, 47, soon went on an anti-Semitic rant on X where he called himself a Nazi and praised Hitler. He was briefly banned from the social media platform but soon returned on Thursday.
A source told DailyMail.com that his posts ‘traumatized’ the Australian-born architect, 30, and added that she ‘does not align with these views.’
Following reports that the two stars have split, sources told TMZ on Saturday that they do not have a prenup.
A separate insider expressed that both of their reps have reached out to divorce lawyers this week.

A source also told TMZ that one of the reps for West had previously reached out to a lawyer back in October of last year.
At the time, it was reported that the pair had ‘split,’ but only days later the two were seen packing on the PDA in Japan.
However, the rep had been ‘hot’ and ‘angry’ – causing the lawyer to turn down the opportunity to represent the controversial music artist.
West – who also goes by Ye – is said to have also lost money after tying the knot with Bianca back in December 2022.
In the state of California, both debts and assets are usually split down the middle – but a majority of the rapper’s debts occurred before he married Censori.
Although The Heartless hitmaker and the model are reported to have separated, they have yet to officially file for divorce.
Bianca is understood to be currently residing at their lavish $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills – but it is not known where Kanye is staying. The pair allegedly also have a verbal agreement that she will receive $5 million following the short marriage.

The architect had initially covered up in a black, fuzzy coat which she later dramatically dropped to the ground to reveal a sheer, nude-colored minidress and wore nothing underneath.
The stunt sparked outrage, with some labeling the rapper as an ‘abuser’ and others calling out the action as indecent exposure.
The pair’s spokesperson Milo Yiannopoulos soon slammed speculation that West has control over Bianca while talking to The Hollywood Reporter.
‘The “battered Bianca” narrative is hysterical and absurd,’ he told the publication. ‘There is a person controlling what Bianca Censori wears. The name of that person is Bianca Censori.’
He said that the architect is ‘the guiding creative intelligence and impetus behind the way she dresses’ and added West is the ‘final boss.’
During his recent rants on X after the Grammys, West wrote in a tweet that he has ‘dominion’ over Censori.

‘Bianca is deeply traumatized by Ye’s actions, and she does not align with these views at all. She is horrified by what he has done, as are so many people close to Ye.’
‘She is so put off by this that she is currently refusing to continue shooting,’ the insider said, adding that Bianca starring in the film is now ‘uncertain.’

In a post on social media, he shared the definition of ‘coercion’ which read: ‘Yes, coercion is illegal.’
‘Coercion is the act of forcing someone to do something against their will through threats or intimidation. It can involve physical harm, psychological abuse, extortion, blackmail or sexual assault.’
However, the post was taken down soon after it had been uploaded to Instagram.

Kevin Blatt resurfaced the alleged sex tape of West from more than 10 years ago, after the rapper took to social media last week with an anti-Semitic rant.
The outraged Blatt shared a screen shot of West appearing in the 12-year-old video on Saturday.
In the still posted by the self-described ‘Hollywood fixer’, West can be seen sitting shirtless on the edge of a bed in 2012.
Blatt claimed he prevented the recording from being sold for A$395,000 – and potentially released to the public. He also included a lengthy take down of West in his Instagram share.
‘Remember that sex tape I helped take off the market for you in 2012 with that hooker in Vegas?’ he wrote on Instagram Stories. ‘This JEW didn’t forget what a horrible performance [you gave].’

Blatt, who resurrected talks of the tape in response to West retailing T-shirts featuring the swastika, mocked the size of West’s penis by inserting an eggplant emoji into his message.
He also claims that West was ‘high’ on the ‘party’ drug MDMA when he recorded his bedroom antics for the camera.
‘Hey, why don’t you GO F*** Your favorite person in the world YOURSELF,’ Blatt signed off the message.

He added: ‘It’s a hell of a story, and one of the worst performances I’m sure of his troubled life.’
