Kanye West made a rare sighting in Japan this week when he was spotted on a sidewalk by a male reporter.
The 48-year-old rapper did not appear to be in the best mood when he talked to Mystery Fashionist in a video shared to TikTok on Thursday.
The artist kept his head down while showing off a shaved head and a beard with gray hairs in it.Â
At the end of the interview he was asked which fashion choices he has regretted before he paused, shook his head and said, ‘Life.’Â
West has not been seen in public much lately, though his wife Bianca Censori has been spotted. Â

In the beginning of the interview the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian was asked where he is from, and he said, ‘I’m Ye, I’m from Chi’ – Ye is short for his nickname Yeezus and the star grew up in Chicago.Â
Then the fan asked him about fashion which seemed to make the artist a bit melancholy as he covered his face and put his chin down.
He was asked to rate his fashion choices from one to 10, which made West say, ‘It’s always 10 out of 10’ before talking about his original Yeezy 950s boots that were a dark green and beige color with brown laces.Â
West next rattled off the name of the designer behind his casual attire. He had on an acid-washed denim jacket under a black shiny jacket with a white hoodie attached and matching blue jeans as he held his cell phone.

This comes after his ex Kardashian said dating has become ‘less and less appealing’ after her divorce.
The 45-year-old star – who split from West almost five years ago – has admitted she has become ‘really comfortable’ without a man in her life.
Speaking in a confessional on The Kardashians this week, she said: ‘You get really comfortable the longer you’re single.

‘You get really comfortable being single and the thought of you sharing a bed or your TV shows with someone else becomes less and less appealing because you get set in your ways.’
Following her split from Kanye, Kim had a romance with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson, before being linked to NFL star Odell Beckham Jr for a few months until April 2024.
She and Kanye have children North, 12, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and five-year-old Pslam together.
Her All’s Fair co-star Sarah Paulson admitted on the reality show that she’s noticed Kim needing to ‘protect’ herself from the outside world.
She added: ‘Even think about the amount of times you’re trying to keep everything little and tight around your kids.
‘I’m actually wanting more for you of whatever the great romance of your life is, for that to be able to bloom.’

Kim acknowledged the front she’s put on since the divorce at times, but insisted she’s making the right decisions for herself.
In a confessional, she said: ‘I know Sarah feels like I have put up this wall to overprotect myself so that I just may be don’t open up to love.
‘But it’s OK to close down a bit and focus on the things that I want in life.’
However, she remains open to embracing love in her life when she finds the ‘right person’ to share it all with.
She added: ‘I’m the biggest hopeless romantic. When the right person comes along, I’ll be so ready and everything will be fine.’
