The model, 23, waked beside actor Charlie as they made a swift exit from the star-studded venue in Beverly Hills on Sunday night.
For the glitzy afterparty, the daughter of Cindy Crawford, 59, and Rande Gerber, 62, looked incredible in an ivory maxi dress that showed off her slender frame.
The stunning ensemble featured asymmetrical hem ruffles across the dress, which were adorned with small pearl detailing.
She teamed it with a matching sheer shawl and accessorised with dainty silver jewellery.
Kaia finished her look with a small stylish white clutch bag and elevated her height with a pair of white satin shoes.
