The 30-year-old pop superstar looked stone-faced as he was seen stepping out of a Pilates studio in Los Angeles following a couples session with the 28-year-old model.
The two, who have been beset in recent weeks by rumors of marital troubles, had recently returned to their home on the West Coast following a stint in New York City.
Justin favored his now-standard ensemble of baggy sweats after sporting an array of increasingly tattered streetwear that led fans to voice concerns about his general wellbeing.
Unlike recent outings in which he flashed his chest despite chilly conditions, the Sorry singer was layered up with multiple hoodies.
He wore a black graphic pullover hoodie and covered it with a bright yellow zip-up hoodie that he held together with his hands in the pockets.

He wore a chunky pair of tan suede boots that appeared to be heavily water damaged after frequently turning to them in recent weeks.
Justin completed the ultra-casual ensemble with a powder-blue toque and slim, nearly rectangular sunglasses.
Hailey sported a similarly thin set of black sunglasses that made her look like a character from the Matrix movies.
Fittingly, she wore an anorak decorated with those films’ green-and-black color scheme.
The brunette beauty had her hair tied back in a messy bun, and she highlighted her long, toned legs with a set of black booty shorts.
She completed the sporty look with a set of silver-and-white trainers, and she carried a large black tote bag that blended in with her jacket.
The couple’s day out comes after a source close to Justin and Hailey told DailyMail.com that Hailey ‘works all the time,’ while Justin ‘chills with friends’ and spends time at home with their baby son.

Fans have expressed concern for the couple due to their stony-faced public appearances, and Hailey’s famous friends have allegedly urged her to leave the singer due to his ‘unacceptable’ behavior.
‘Hailey’s been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘She loves him madly but he’s a loose cannon. Some of her friends have advised her to go it alone and leave him.
‘His behavior is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot,’ they added.
The insider said Hailey’s friends were hopeful that Justin’s behavior would change after he became a new father to their baby son Jack, but her close confidants allegedly don’t feel that fatherhood has made a significant impact.
‘When the baby was born he was there for her and she thought being a father would change him for the better, but it hasn’t stuck,’ the source said.
Fans were troubled after noticing in January that Justin no longer followed his father-in-law Stephen Baldwin on Instagram.
They were even more shocked when he appeared to unfollow his own wife on social media, but Justin quickly claimed that his account had been hacked.
‘Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,’ he claimed in an Instagram Stories post. ‘S*** getting suss out here.’

Hailey dined there in the late afternoon and was seen leaving solo around 4:30 p.m., and Justin arrived around half an hour later with a group of some friends.
He left the restaurant on his own around 6:40 p.m.
Late last month, sources close to the couple explained Justin’s apparent discomfort during his recent public outings, both with and without his wife, to DailyMail.com.
According to the insiders, the hitmaker has become ‘borderline reclusive’ after struggling with the idea of spending time in large crowds or with groups of strangers.
They added that the ‘deep fear’ he has allegedly developed was partly the reason that he has gone so long without any touring.
