Julianne Hough has finally sold her Hollywood Hills home but not until she slashed the price by a considerable amount.
The 36-year-old Dancing With The Stars personality officially sold her property in the Los Angeles celebrity enclave for $6.35million.
However, it wasn’t exactly the return she had expected initially as she originally listed the home for $7.95million back in April.
The three bedroom, four bathroom home features 3,000-square-feet of living space.
No doubt the new owner will have plenty of room on the property as it sits on nearly half an acre of land.
The home itself was built during Hollywood’s heyday in the late 1930s as it was recently renovated by celeb-favorite designer Jake Arnold.

As if that wasn’t enough melding between the inside and outside the dining area and kitchen which leads to a covered terrace which is perfect for hosting.
It also features a large swimming pool for those hot California summer months.
Perhaps the most stunning feature on the property are the lush gardens as the landscaping was done by Trilling Landscape.
And no doubt the owners will be enjoying the ‘sanctuary’ that is the primary suite as it includes a luxurious bathroom and a private patio.

Back in 2016, Julianne talked about working with designer Jake as she revealed the property represents a safe space for herself.

Julianne had previously lived in the home with her now ex-husband and former NHL player Brooks Laich.
The exes were first romantically linked in 2013, married in Idaho in summer 2017, and were divorced by 2022.
After the divorce Julianne moved on with a new home in New York City.

The 34th season of the popular reality competition series is set to begin on September 16 as the confirmed celebrity contestants include Jenn Affleck, Alix Earle, Robert Irwin, and Whitney Leavitt so far.
