The American actress rounded off her night at the popular Marylebone venue after letting her hair down at Italian eaterie Carbone, where British Vogue were hosting a celebratory London Fashion Week party.
No stranger to provocation, Fox, 35, inevitably caught the eye in a plunging leather corset dress that fully exposed her cleavage while making her way inside the Firehouse.
The unconventional outfit courted further attention by revealing her bottom, visible beneath its lace detailing as she greeted onlookers outside the venue.
Fox appeared to be enjoying a brief visit to the English capital and its latest run of catwalk presentations after publicly criticising her ex-husband Peter Artemiev, with whom she raises four-year old son Valentino.
In a recent TikTok post, the model claimed she was excluded from her son’s baptism by his family and only learned of the ceremony after it had taken place.

‘I crashed out today and like I’m just not used to getting upset like that anymore so it actually really affects my nervous system,’ she told followers.
‘I went to my son’s school for his school performance, his dad was there, he came late as usual.
‘And then I had to like help load some stuff in my car, so we were walking to my car, and he points to this church, and he goes, “Oh, this is where Valentina was baptized.”‘
She added: ‘I was like, “What?” And he goes, “Yeah, this is where he was baptized.” And I was like, “Well why wasn’t I invited?” And he was like, “You were invited, you just didn’t want to come.”
‘And I was like, “Okay. First of all, don’t tell me what I was and was not invited to. Like, absolutely not. If I was invited to something like that, I would go. I would remember.
‘”And if I wasn’t invited, I would still have a picture or something. Like no one told me anything about this.” He was like, “Yes we did, you didn’t want to come, you said you didn’t care.”
‘And I was like, “Bro!” Like it took me back to being in that relationship, of being gaslighted over and over and over until then I freak out and then do something and then he calls me abusive, but it’s reactive abuse, and then that’s what happens when you’re being mentally and emotionally, and psychologically and physically abused.’
Fox claims she contacted her former mother-in-law, who told her the church only allowed ‘Russian Orthodox’ people to come and that she did not believe Julia would ‘care’ to come.

She said: ‘Anyway, so he was like, “yeah, you were invited, you were invited,” and I was like, “Okay word.” So I called his mom. And I went off on her. And I said, “Why the hell was I not invited to this?”
‘And she was like, “Well, the priest said that it was like a Russian Orthodox thing, and only Russian Orthodox people could come.” And it’s like, “Wow, now I see where this man gets it from.”
‘Don’t gaslight me. That is a bulls**t excuse, I am this child’s mother. You are not his mother. And she was like, “Okay, I just thought you wouldn’t care,”‘
‘And I was like, “Listen lady, your son doesn’t care. I care, very much, and you just robbed me of an experience.” And then she was like, “What are you going to do, punish me now, are you not going to let me see Valentino?”
‘And it’s like, dude, I don’t operate like that. Like, my son loves you, cause he doesn’t know any better, so I’m not going to do that to him. But now I know… now I’ve actually always known, but now I have the confirmation of how you people operate and you’re all trash.
