‘But I’ve got to fit the gym time in. I’m working up to the 21st, but all next week I’m putting a dedicated time to get that bloody gym and get myself in just so I can lose a little bit of weight to enjoy myself for Christmas.
‘I’ve been, you know, over the years, you put so much stress on yourself – like I’m never happy, never happy.
‘But now I’m just really busy, but I would like to lose a bit of timber, but I’m happy with myself. And that that’s the main thing,
‘It’s like a home renovation, your body, isn’t it? So I always need a little bit of progress. I always need to paint a room.’
Josie previously revealed that she used to cry on a regular basis after being trolled over her weight following her Big Brother win in 2010.
In 2014, Josie shared that she lost six stone over the course of a year, going from a size 20 to a size eight.
And last year, ahead of her appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, the presenter revealed she’d slimmed down from a size 18 to a 14 after hiring a personal trainer.
She said: ‘Well I don’t feel like I’m in great shape but before I knew I was doing this I did hire a personal trainer and we’ve been weight training.

‘And then I’ve been running with my hairdresser Maurice and everyone thinks that we are an item!
‘We put a picture of us on Instagram, but he’s actually my hair stylist. He’s amazing. And he takes me running. I’ve never been a runner but now I’ve been running a few 5Ks here and there.
‘It’s finding the time, because I am here, there and everywhere and then I’ve got Reggie.
‘So it is I find it really, really hard just finding a bit of time for myself but I’ve been on top of it.
‘The only thing I haven’t done and probably should have is got myself ready for this eating wise. But I haven’t. I’ve been eating every meal like it’s my last! … for a long time!’
She also told how she understands why people go for weight loss jabs but she would never choose to do so.
The blonde beauty explained: ‘The thing is, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and they want to do that.
‘But it wouldn’t be for me, only because I don’t want to mess around with my body, I like everything natural, I always go down the natural route.

‘And I think that’s good cos you’ve got to appeal to everybody. I think we’ve come another way.’
Some of Josie’s recent projects involved a collaboration with FirstBus.
Josie has been travelling across Bristol by bus to connect with some of the local heros from her hometown.
For their campaign to get people on the bus and chatting to one another, they found it’s the younger generations who are nattering on the bus the most, with half of Gen Z having made friends in this way.
Their survey also found that 82 percent of Brits feel public transport plays an important role in connecting communities.
Speaking about the amazing people in her area, Josie quoted Charlotte Churchill as one of the people who made a lasting impression on her.

She said: ‘Charlotte uses FirstBus to deliver all her hampers.
‘So in covid, she started making all these beautiful luxury hampers for people that were struggling a bit.
‘And now she is doing over thousands of hampers and handing them out all over Christmas.
‘And she does it all off her own time. All of her own back. She’s amazing.’
Speaking of the campaign, Josie added: ‘My time reminiscing on the journeys I used to make when I was younger has been a great reminder of the wonderful way buses offer connection for people.
‘The bus is the unsung hero within our local communities, so I’m not surprised to hear how many people are making long -lasting connections after a brief chinwag to the person sat next to them.’
