‘This is where I get a lot of joy,’ he said about how the lush greenery and lake is healing for him.

He said he acquired the first half of the property for $75,000 and later expanded it with more land for $100,000.

He said the overall value must be so much more now since he has put so much of his time and money into the property.

He had also fixed up the original buildings into ‘Four Seasons compared to what it was before’.

The All My Children alum said how much the property is now worth ‘doesn’t matter’ to him as he has no plans on ever selling it.

As for why he built and prepared the resources on his property in this way, he said he wanted to not only be ready for anything but have a place to relax in nature.

‘We live in a really delicate society where [if] we lose our cell phones, we’re going to lose our godd*** minds,’ he said adding that it’s scary to think about not being able to get ahold of fuel or food.

‘I just wanted a place to be able to get away too until things get back to normal,’ he added.
