‘The time is not right to talk now, I don’t know who is leaking it to the press and I don’t know why they’re doing it, it’s got nothing to do with them.
‘So I do agree with Luke on that, even though we don’t agree on many things.
‘Whoever is doing it, just stop. Now, when the time is right I’ll be able to tell you everything that happened and why it happened – and what really went down.
‘Stay tuned, because there’s a lot to find out.’
The broadcaster, who has a zero tolerance against violence, had no option but to axe Luke, which also marked the end of his on-screen wife Jay Howard’s time on the E4 series.
Tensions rise this week between Luke and Jordan with the pair eventually coming to blows over their differences in shocking scenes that were caught on camera.
Jordan was allowed to stay on the show because Luke instigated the ruckus, which he later said he was ‘proud’ of despite it being a ‘controversial’ move.
A show insider told MailOnline: ‘Luke and Jordan struggled to get along from the moment they met, but no one was expecting them to clash like they eventually did.
‘The cast attend a couples’ retreat and during dinner things got particularly heated between them and later they come to blows inside Jordan’s apartment.
‘Channel 4 bosses had no choice but eject Luke from the programme, which consequently ended his wife Jay’s time in the process… as per the show’s rules you enter as a couple and leave as a couple.
‘The fight was caught on camera, meaning there’s every chance it could be shown in the most explosive scenes ever to be aired on Married At First Sight UK.’
Luke and Jay married after meeting for the first time at the altar and quickly became close, bonding over their shared humour.

They were one of the show’s happiest couples with Luke, who quit his well-paid job to be on Married At First Sight, admitting the sex with Jay was the ‘best he ever had.’
Jay also credited Luke for enhancing her confidence after he spent one of their dates with his arm tied behind his back to learn how she experiences every day life.
The sales team leader, 31, was born without her left arm and explained on the series that throughout her childhood she was ‘chucked in bins’ and ‘tied to a fence’ by school bullies, leaving her feeling like she wasn’t ‘worthy’ of a romantic partner.
She told MailOnline: ‘I felt that I wasn’t worthy of anyone because of the way that I am. But this process changed my perspective on life. I have learned a hell of a lot about myself, and I’ve grown massively.’
Speaking at the show’s launch last month, Luke revealed: ‘I did some really controversial things in there, really, really controversial but I’m proud of doing them.
‘I had to quit my job to do the show, and I was on good money, so I had to put a lot in to do this.’
Meanwhile, Jordan admitted to MailOnline last week that his past came back to haunt him during his appearance on the show.
He endured a tough childhood after one of his earliest memories was wanting to ‘protect’ his mother against his dad, saying those instinctive feelings came back as he filmed Married At First Sight.
He said: ‘What happened to me on the show has never happened before on reality TV, but my backstory played out… I am the biggest protector with my wife.’
A Channel 4 spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘The wellbeing of cast and crew is our utmost priority at all times throughout production and beyond.
‘During filming, an altercation occurred between two cast members which was defused immediately by the crew. All contributors involved were offered appropriate support.’

It is the latest scandal to rock the Channel 4 series following contestant Brad Skelly’s axing after he was accused of demonstrating ‘toxic’ and ‘controlling’ towards his wife Shona Manderson.
The show’s relationship experts decided he and Shona should continue their romance away from the cameras after warning that in their view, it wasn’t working.
Charity Women’s Aid supported Channel 4’s call, saying: ‘It is so important that TV makers send out a clear message that controlling and abusive behaviour is not acceptable.’
Brad has since said that he believes producers portrayed him as a ‘villain’, admitting that during filming he was ‘deeply unhappy.’
