Jonathan Tucker came to the rescue of neighbors targeted by an intruder roaming their area. 

TMZ reports Tucker, 42, assisted a family whose home had been invaded by a suspicious man in their neighborhood on Sunday evening. 

The Snowfall actor noticed an individual exhibiting odd behavior in their neighborhood before he discovered a neighbors’ door had been left wide open, prompting him to step in.  

He ended up ushering the family to safety and carried their daughter outside of the home before the man was apprehended. 

The father of two first noticed the man banging on doors and talking with himself, prompting him to call 911.

He then went outside to track the man down – only to discover one of his neighbors had their front door completely open.  

The Westworld alum went inside the home to ensure all was well but found the family, who were not even aware an invasion had occurred at their home, scattered about the house.

Tucker first came across a young girl before finding her mother and another kid in a different area of the home. 

The mother was reportedly panicked and frantic and unaware of what exactly had transpired inside their home at the time. 

Tucker’s neighbors were reportedly not even aware their front door was open and that their home had been targeted by an intruder. 

The actor explained what had happened to the family before guiding everyone outside of the home, even carrying the young girl outdoors.

Police arrived moments later with a helicopter and reportedly found the alleged intruder inside the home. He was taken into custody and allegedly placed in a 5150 hold. 

Representatives for the actor said he assisted his neighbors because he knew he would have wanted someone to do the same for his own family. The actor also reportedly called the police the real heroes in the situation.

Tucker told Los Angeles Magazine of the incident: ‘If you want a quote, call the LAPD because those guys are the real heroes. They put their lives on the line every day multiple times a day.’

‘They responded within minutes, while I was still on the phone with a 911 dispatcher. It was an extraordinary response,’ he added.

Tucker has been married to producer Tara Ahamed Tucker since 2012 and they welcomed fraternal twins Hayes Taj Tucker and India Moss Tucker in 2019.

Jonathan announced the happy news to Entertainment Tonight at the time and gushed: ‘We cannot believe our good fortune.’
