Nikki Glaser puts her arm around pal Amy Schumer… after sharing shock snaps from before surgery

Nikki Glaser was a surprise, unannounced guest at the 2025 Night of Too Many Stars, which was held at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Monday.

The 40-year-old comedian flaunted her fit 5ft9in figure and toned arms in a sleeveless brown midi wrap-dress and chrome stiletto heels.

She was at the NEXT for AUTISM benefit hosted by The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart.

Backstage, Glaser mingled with her A-list pals including Chris Rock, Drew Barrymore, Jim Gaffigan, and Adam Sandler.

The Ohio-born funnywoman warmly embraced Amy Schumer, who hired her for her films Trainwreck (2015) and I Feel Pretty (2018) as well as her former Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer.

Nikki wrapped her arm around Susie Essman, who concluded her role as Susie Greene last year following 12 seasons starring on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Nikki Glaser was a surprise, unannounced guest at the 2025 Night of Too Many Stars, which was held at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Monday

Glaser – who brought along her producer boyfriend Chris Convy – also rubbed elbows with The Daily Show correspondent Ronny Chieng during Night of Too Many Stars.

Last Wednesday, the Emmy nominee made headlines by sharing shocking side-by-side comparisons of herself appearing on The Tonight Show in 2025 versus 2009 before she lost substantial weight, underwent surgery, and discovered spray tans.

Nikki – who quit alcohol in 2012 and went vegan in 2016 – entered a 12-step program in 2020 to recover after suffering from anorexia and bulimia for 18 years.

‘In the business I work in, size does matter,’ Glaser – who’s pro-Ozempic – wrote in The Cut in 2022.

‘Hollywood is disgusting when it comes to acting, pretending like they’re accepting of any body size when really they’re not. I would like to have the freedom to get any size I want and still have a career, but I don’t believe I do. We still reward women for losing weight.’

Last week, the Lovers and Liars producer-host announced to host Jimmy Fallon that she plans on undergoing a facelift in August 2026 after delaying a brow lift she’d originally planned last January.

‘There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures,’ Nikki explained.

‘And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, “Well, it makes my life better.” People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.

‘And everyone goes, “That’s so sad, why don’t you love the way you were born?” And it’s like, “Well, why did you go to college? Why don’t you love the brain you were born with? Why did you pay thousands of dollars to that institution?”‘

Stewart has come under fire as of late for defending Trump rally comedian Tony Hinchcliffe.

The 61-year-old Mark Twain Prize winner admitted on the October 28th episode of his Comedy Central show that he finds the 40-year-old insult comic ‘very funny’ despite him calling Puerto Rico ‘a floating island of garbage’ and other racially-charged material.

Former Daily Show correspondent Wyatt Cenac blasted his former boss for ‘shielding’ the comedian.

‘[Jon excused] the comedian’s participation in a xenophobic rally as the fault of the organizers for booking a “roast comedian,”‘ Cenac said.

‘Having worked for Jon, his response wasn’t really surprising. Disappointing but not surprising,’ the outraged 48-year-old wrote on Substack Sunday.

The Daily Show producer-host Jon Stewart has been publicly blasted, yet again, by his former correspondent Wyatt Cenac, this time, for ‘shielding’ Trump rally comedian Tony Hinchcliffe.

The 61-year-old Mark Twain Prize winner admitted on the October 28th episode of his Comedy Central show that he finds the 40-year-old insult comic ‘very funny’ despite him calling Puerto Rico ‘a floating island of garbage’ and other racially-charged material.

‘He appeared to be shielding a comedian whose performance offered those rally attendees the chance to laugh at bigotry which perhaps made the more serious hateful vitriol that followed that much easier to swallow.’

Wyatt continued: ‘On Monday, “America’s trusted” voice wasn’t defending comedy as much as suggesting to racists maybe if their hate speech had made him laugh, he might have their backs too.’

The Daily Show producer-host Jon Stewart (L, pictured in 2015) has been publicly blasted, yet again, by his former correspondent Wyatt Cenac (R), this time, for ‘shielding’ Trump rally comedian Tony Hinchcliffe

Cenac also criticized Jon for defending Joe Rogan – whose podcast boasts 18.1M subscribers – despite him ‘coming under fire for spreading misinformation about COVID, as well as a history of misogynist and racist comments.’

‘[Stewart said Rogan] was personally “more worried about the algorithm of misinformation than the purveyor of misinformation,” which feels a bit like being worried about bullets but not the person holding the gun,’ the Grammy-nominated funnyman wrote.

Wyatt noted how the 23-time Emmy winner defended Dave Chappelle for his transgender jokes because ‘his intentions are never hurtful’ and ‘feigned ignorance’ when asked about having Louis CK on The Daily Show after allegations he sexually harassed women.

‘When it comes to criticizing other comedians, Jon in his unique position often chooses to close ranks the way cops do when a fellow officer is under investigation for impropriety,’ Cenac wrote.

The native New Yorker spoke out while realizing that most people will think of him as ‘that guy who had a bad experience working for Jon Stewart and was the only one dumb enough to speak about it.’

Indeed, Wyatt was the only African-American writer working on The Daily Show when he became deeply offended by Jon’s minstrel-style impersonation of Republican Presidential candidate Herman Cain in 2011, which led to an explosive confrontation.

‘[Stewart] got incredibly defensive. I remember he was like, “What are you trying to say? There’s a tone in your voice,”‘ Cenac recalled to WTF with Marc Maron in 2015.

‘I was like, “There’s no tone. It bothered me. It sounded like Kingfish.” And then he got upset. And he stood up and he was just like, “F*** off. I’m done with you.” And he just started screaming that to me. And he screamed it a few times. “F*** off! I’m done with you.” And he stormed out. And then I didn’t know if I had been fired.’

Mindy Cohn opens up about hurtful incident on The Facts of Life reboot

Mindy Cohn was ‘devastated’ after an unidentified ‘greedy b****’ in The Facts Of Life cast halted its reboot: ‘It was an ouch’

The Facts of Life alum Mindy, 58, revealed one of her famous co-stars was responsible for ruining a potential reboot of their hit NBC sitcom, which aired for nine seasons spanning 1979-1988.

It all went down in 2021 after the success of the late great Norman Lear’s Live in Front of a Studio Audience special for The Facts of Life, which recreated one episode starring celebs such as Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman, Gabrielle Union, and Jon Stewart.

‘[Norman] called all of us and said, “I knew you guys were still popular, but holy hell. The response from the live [special]!”‘ the former child star – who played Natalie Green – recalled on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live on Wednesday.

Mindy Cohn opens up about hurtful incident on The Facts of Life reboot

Mindy Cohn, shown with TV co-stars, was ‘devastated’ after an unidentified ‘greedy b****’ in The Facts Of Life cast halted the reboot

‘We got into talks and we hired a writer. The four of us got together on a Zoom — this was during COVID — and we had meetings with Norman about it.’

Mindy continued: ‘One of the girls went behind our backs to try to make a separate deal for a spin-off deal just for herself and devastated the rest of us. I’m just saying, for a 40-year friendship and sisterhood, there was a tidal wave of emotion around it.’

When fellow guest Michael Hitchcock quipped that ‘there’s always a greedy b****,’ Cohn concurred:

    ‘I’ll say it, she’s a greedy b****.’

‘We were united for 40 years over not talking about each other, not doing dirty [and] all-for-one, one-for-all. This kind of wrecked that, which is sad,’ the Palm Royale star shrugged.

Considering Mindy posted a picture of herself with castmates Kim Fields and Nancy McKeon, one can logically assume that the ‘greedy b****’ was Lisa Whelchel, who famously played the spoiled rich girl Blair Warner on the Diff’rent Strokes spin-off.

‘What it is is really sad…Some people are so desperate for either money or fame that it causes them to do things that to me, I guess, I’m still not that jaded. It shocks me,’ Cohn marveled.

‘It always just kind of shocks me. You’re gonna do that over money or that over becoming famous? It always just kind of freaks me out that people will do that [and] throw deep true friendships, under the bus for a dollar.’

The live reboot featured Mindy, Lisa Whelchel and Kim Fields

Friends star Jennifer Aniston, 55, revived Lisa’s role as Blair in the 2021 production.

Lisa, who hails from Texas, told Extra at the time that she thought Jennifer did an ‘amazing job.’

‘Are you kidding? Jen Aniston would not have had to say one word and I would have been honored that she played the part, but she just killed it — she was amazing,’ said the mother of two.

The episode that was re-created saw Blair getting caught up in a prank that hurt the feelings of a ‘brace face’ nerd (played by Jon) who had a crush on her.

Apple Studios last month officially renewed Abe Sylvia’s 1969-set high society dramedy Palm Royale for a second season, so Daytime Emmy nominee Mindy will get to reprise her role as The Shiny Sheet society editor Ann Holiday.

The dismally-reviewed satirical soap also stars Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Leslie Bibb, Amber Chardae Robinson, Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Kaia Gerber, and Carol Burnett.
