The 52-year-old Morning Show and his actress wife, 35 — who wed in Big Sur — wore coordinating sweats as Hamm sported green joggers and Anna wore navy.
The redhead beauty wore her long locks in a high ponytail and she donned a pair of dark-tinted aviator sunglasses.
She layered up in a cream-colored turtleneck and a gray crew neck Cambridge Athletics sweatshirt.
The new Mrs. Hamm added black sneakers as she walked with her hands in her pockets.

Jon recently opened up about his wedding, sharing details about the special day.
While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live in early December, he said, ‘It only took me half a century, but I figured I might as well get it right.’
He added, ‘It was very sparsely attended, by our decision. It was small. Man, it was great.’
Jon also called the ceremony a ‘full circle moment’ as he and his bride wed at the same location where they met on the set of Mad Men in 2015.
‘It was very exciting. We did it this summer in beautiful Big Sur. It was a perfect day,’ the longtime actor recalled.
The newlywed also revealed that he and his wife were given a discount at the location, due to their connection to it.
‘It had changed hands since the time — this was about nine years ago, so it changed hands but it’s still a beautiful piece of property right on the Pacific Ocean,’ the Hollywood hunk explained.
Hamm joked, ‘We got married on a cliff and we chose to walk the correct way after we got married.’
Jon said about the nuptials, ‘It was very sparsely attended, by our decision. It was small. Man, it was great’
