John Mayer is reportedly in the early stages of a new relationship with a popular influencer.
The 47-year-old virtuoso guitarist has lately been dating the TikTok star Kat Stickler, according to Us Weekly.
A source told the publication that Mayer allegedly ‘sought her out and pursued her.’
The Daily Mail has contacted Mayer and Stickler’s representatives for comment but hasn’t yet heard back.
The source added that ‘Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again, and was interested in John.’
Stickler announced just over a year ago that she and the former Bachelorette Jason Tartick had broken up.

According to the source, Mayer and Stickler have been on a few dates, though they characterized their relationship as ‘still very new.’
‘He has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her often,’ the insider continued. ‘She is interested and seeing where it goes.’
They claimed that the social media star ‘doesn’t think this will be a serious relationship,’ but added that she is ‘having fun’ with the Dead & Co. guitarist.
On Sunday, the gossip blog Deux Moi reported that May and Stickler had allegedly been spotted together at a private members-only club.
The two were then pictured just a day later on an apparent dinner date at another members-only club, Fly Fish.
Mayer is a legendary lothario who has dated a string of high-profile women over the years.
Taylor Swift has been rumored to have written her song Dear John about her romance with Mayer, which lasted from 2009 to 2010.
Prior to that, he was briefly linked to Jennifer Aniston, and he has had short relationships with Katy Perry, Jessica Simpson, Minka Kelly and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

However, after his 2014 split from Perry, Mayer has mostly kept his love life under the radar and has gravitated toward women with smaller public profiles.
In announcing his split from Stickler, her ex Tartick wrote, ‘I am sad to share that Kat and I are no longer together. It’s fair to say that I love hard with all my heart and fall fast. Sometimes in life, that works out and other times it doesn’t. This time it didn’t.’
He added, ‘Kat has brought me so much happiness and light, she brought out parts of me I never knew existed. I will forever be grateful for her and of course, sweet and MK,” referring to Stickler’s 5-year-old daughter, MK.’
