John Laws has sold his second Woolloomooloo apartment and listed a collection of memorabilia.
The 88-year-old media icon recently decided to downsize, leading him to list the downstairs level of his two-level apartment for a private off-market sale.
According to The Sunday Telegraph, Laws was tight-lipped when approached for comment on Saturday, saying: ‘Look, I wasn’t using it,’ and declined to provide further details about the sale.
With the property yet to settle, the exact price achieved for the unit remains undisclosed.
This apartment is one of only nine units located at the Harbour end of the 400m long wharf.

The property has a storied history with Laws and his late wife Caroline, who purchased the bottom-floor apartment in 2001 for $3 million, just a year after the development opened.
The couple, who previously resided in Woollahra, expanded their living space in 2005 by acquiring the apartment above for a reported $15 million.
This purchase combined to give them an expansive residence featuring five bedrooms, five bathrooms, parking for six cars, and closer proximity to their famous neighbour, Russell Crowe.

News of the sale emerged late last week when an anonymous vendor listed a collection of furniture and personal items on the auction site Lawsons
The catalogue titled ‘Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf Home Contents’ offered a few hints about the vendor, including the signature Harbour views from the apartment and a conspicuous, empty Jack Daniels swing bottle with a bench-mount corkscrew.
It’s speculated that Laws may have retained his Wild Turkey magnum upstairs.
Among the items listed are pieces collected by Laws and Caroline during their long marriage.
The collection reflects Caroline’s taste for Eastern design and Asian antiquities, adding a touch of their unique style to the auction.
