Joe Wicks stunned Good Morning Britain hosts Ed Balls and Ranvir Singh on Tuesday as he shared wife Rosie’s reaction to him drinking her breast milk.
In a very unfiltered interview, the Body Coach star, 38, described the taste and side effects of drinking Rosie’s breast milk – and admitted it wasn’t his first time trying it.
Joe raised eyebrows when he shared a video on Instagram last month drinking the milk before attending Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert.
Despite Rosie, 33, reacting a little to startled to his actions, the fitness fanatic said he felt ‘energized’ and ‘good’ after taking a shot of the breast milk.
Joe said: ‘I don’t do that everyday. I never thought I’d be on GMB talking about drinking my wife’s breast milk.

‘Look, it was a bit of fun. I was on the way to a concert and there was two options, throw it on the floor or drink it.
‘And I had a really good night, I didn’t have a drink, I felt energized and I felt pretty good for it.
‘What did it taste like? I want to know’, Ed Balls asked.
Joe said: ‘So basically it’s like sweet milk. It’s like sugary vanilla milk, it’s really really naturally sweet. Like I said, I’m not drinking it by the pint, it was a shot and that was it.’
Ed added: ‘You’re really brave. If I had asked my wife if she could do that, she would have said “Absolutely no way”.
Joe said: ‘But I can’t be the first man to try their partner’s breast milk
Ranvir asked: ‘What did your wife think of it? Did she know you had done it?
Joe added: ‘I just said I’m going to have a shot of this. She was like “Oh what you doing”. I’ve had a go before and you know, I just thought it would be fun.’

Joe and Rosie announced the joyful news that they had welcomed their fourth child together on Instagram alongside a few gorgeous snaps of the newborn in June
The couple, who are also parents to daughters Indie, six, Leni, two, and son Marley, five, were completely over the moon to welcome another addition to their family
In a video of the family walking to Wembley for the show, Joe asked his wife what she was doing.
‘Pumping on the go,’ Rosie said, to which her husband replied: ‘Save me some milk.’
Joe went on to explain his comment in a second clip, where he said: ‘Well I’m going with the vote but on this one, even if the vote said no I still would have drank it. I ain’t dashing that. Liquid gold, mama’s milk.
‘The energy and nutrients in that is unbelievable and actually, believe it or not, it tastes really sweet, like a natural sweet vanilla milk. No wonder babies love sugar and sweet stuff. Down the hatch.
‘So unoffensive honestly this. It’s actually nice. I wouldn’t have it with porridge or cereal but it’s nice for a little shot now and again. Thanks Rose, thanks for your milk!’
