The actor and Stacey, 35, currently star in a BBC show documenting the ups and downs of life with their blended family.
The couple share three young children – Rex, Rose and Belle – while Stacey is also mum to Zachary and Leighton from previous relationships, and Joe has a son, Harry, from a previous relationship.

Now, Joe will front a one-off, hour-long documentary set to air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer, according to The Sun.
Titled Joe Swash: Britain’s Young Dads, the documentary will shine a light on young fathers in the UK.
He told the publication: ‘It’s been eye-opening to meet the young men behind the statistics.
‘The ones working hard to create a good future for their kids. I feel lucky that we’ve been able to help tell their stories and hopefully we can get people thinking a bit differently about young dads.’
As Joe listens to their experiences, he reflects on his own journey into fatherhood.
He sparks conversations about masculinity, the importance of positive male role models, and why young dads deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
Becoming a father in his mid-twenties changed his life, shaping his perspective and purpose.
Now, he travels across the country to meet other young dads navigating the highs and lows of parenthood.
