She’s been happily single since she filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson.
Now Jodie Turner-Smith has revealed her requirements for her new romantic partner, stating they must not be ’emasculated by her success’ and also ‘really good in bed’.
During a striking cover shoot for Harper’s Bazaar UK, the mother-of-one was asked about her divorce, to which she mused: ‘It doesn’t feel good when you’re the person going through it and you still have to get to the finish line; it weighs you down a bit.
‘But I think things are going to be great for us as a family. I feel really, super positive.’
Talk then turned to whether she’d be open to dating again, with Jodie revealing she’d stay single unless her needs were met.
Jodie, 39, mused: ‘If I can find a man who’s confident in himself and preferably successful enough not to be emasculated by my success and ambition, kind, thoughtful and… really good in bed, then I’ll date again.’

Jodie filed for divorce in October 2023 citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ and requested joint custody with neither getting spousal support, according to a report from People.
However, their custody agreement over their five-year-old daughter Juno proved to be a sticking point.
They seemed close to an arrangement in May but then bickered over what school Juno would go to and if Juno would be able to travel alongside Jodie for long periods of time, TMZ reported.
The pair had been due to go to court on October 15, but last month Jodie’s legal team filed court documents that asked that their hearing be cancelled.
During her interview, Jodie was asked about the merits of a prenuptial agreement. It is not believed she had one with Joshua.
She mused: ‘Nobody wants to do that, because it’s not romantic, but if you have to separate, it saves you all the money spent on lawyers later, when people are not in as… good a mood.’
As well as an interview, Jodie posed for a striking photoshoot as she celebrated receiving the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards 2025 Inspiration award.
The British actress put on a very racy display for the magazine as she slipped into a strapless cut out corset with a dramatic skirt.

In legal documents seen by TMZ in May, it was claimed that Joshua will pay $2,787 each month in child support but he will not be paying monthly spousal support.
Jodie also requested Joshua pay her $75,000 for the attorney’s fees she incurred in their legal fight over where the child will go to school, according to the site.
The Doctor Odyssey star and his ex went to a mediator to compromise on a temporary schedule to govern the 50-50 custody of their daughter, the site also claimed after seeing the documents.
In February 2024, Jodie broke her silence about their divorce to The Sunday Times.
She said she wanted to ‘make a move because I believe that there are visible scars from staying in places that are not good for us.
‘And they don’t just affect us, they affect everybody around us,’ she added.
‘Sometimes things we really want to work just don’t end up working. And that’s OK. The most important thing is that you choose what’s healthiest for you and your family and definitely your children.’
Following their split, Jackson went on to date Lupita Nyung’o, and he was also linked to German model Nastassja Roberts.
