‘I will probably have an ice bath and meditate at sunrise to be honest. It will be a very big milestone for me,’ she told The Daily Telegraph at the time.
In 2022, Jodi told Daily Mail Australia she had developed effective strategies for maintaining her physical and mental well-being.
When asked about her newfound sobriety, she said: ‘I feel really good. I take life as it comes and do everything I can to make sure I am doing the right things for my body and mind.’

The mother-of-one, who completed a 30-day recovery program at a Sydney clinic in 2022, added that ‘mental health is a big part of looking after myself today, as well as physical exercise’.
