Joanna Krupa has finalized her divorce from husband of five years, Douglas Nunes., according to a Wednesday morning report from TMZ.
They will share joint legal custody of their daughter Asha Leigh, age three.
Neither will receive child support, the site added, and they both waived spousal support.
Nunes filed for divorce from Krupa, 44, in March of this year citing irreconcilable difference as the cause of their split.
He claimed they separated on January 2, 2023.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Krupa for comment.

Joanna Krupa is a Polish-born American actress. She is known internationally as the host and head judge of Polish Top Model as well as for appearances on reality television shows Dancing with the Stars and The Real Housewives of Miami.
Krupa has also posed for the cover of Playboy magazine.
Nunes is the founding Partner & CEO of the company, 451 Media Group, according to his LinkedIn page.
In the documents filed in Los Angeles County in March, Krupa wanted to block the court’s ability to award Nunes any spousal support.
It is not known if they had a prenuptial agreement.
Krupa and Nunes tied the knot in an ornate ceremony held in a Benedictine Abbey in Kraków, Poland, on August 4, 2018.
They had a hush-hush wedding in Los Angeles just three weeks prior to their ceremony in Poland, DailyMail.com revealed at the time.
The couple got engaged on March 25, 2018, only seven months after Joanna finalized her divorce with her first husband, Romain Zago.
Krupa herself took to social media following the occasion to share a post of her and Douglas inside the church, where she wrote: ‘We did it! It was a very private and small family gathering.. wish I could have shared it with all the people that I love.’
The couple welcomed their only child together, daughter Asha, in 2019.

Krupa was married to Miami nightclub entrepreneur Zago for just over three years before she filed for divorce in July 2017.
Their San Diego nuptials was featured on seasons two and three of Real Housewives of Miami, with the Polish blonde admitting she was unsure whether to go through with the ceremony ahead of time.
After getting married, the couple returned to live in Miami but found themselves in what became an increasingly long-distance relationship due to work commitments on opposite sides of the country.
The divorce was finalized in just 15 minutes at a Miami courthouse, with the pair agreeing to evenly split their assets and waive alimony.
