The updated terms state that Lopez, 'shall be solely responsible for all expenses [associated] with any future sale of her interest in the Wallingford Residence, including but not limited to broker's commissions, applicable taxes, closing costs, etc.'
The former couple also noted that there will be a 'transfer of property' sometime in the future, but it is not known when the pair intend to relist the home once again.
The actress signed the agreement on March 31, followed by Affleck doing the same on April 1.
Sources told TMZ that the actor 'gave up' his share of the sprawling mansion 'for free' - which leaves Lopez to take the profits from the sale.
