Jim Curtis Shares Love Advice from Jennifer Aniston’s New Boyfriend

Jennifer Aniston’s love guru boyfriend is offering advice on how to start a successful relationship – wisdom he may have used early in his own romance with the Friends star.

Jim Curtis, a hypnotherapist and a life coach, shared his tips for those finding themselves drawn to the fantasy of someone – rather than their true self.

Curtis, 50, shared a video to his Instagram on Sunday in which he was asked, ‘Hey Jim, how do I stop falling in love with the idea of someone?’

Amused smile crossing his face, Curtis first delved into the topic of manifestation before describing the importance of staying present.

‘I like this question mostly because the subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy,’ he began.

‘So the more you that fantasize about the future that does not currently exist, the more you make it real. This is what manifestation is.

‘However, in a relationship, if you’re fantasizing about what marriage with kids and a house in the country looks like without paying attention to what’s happening in this present moment, then you’re falling in love with something that doesn’t exist and you’re probably put too much attachment on that person.

‘So how do you stop – is looking at exactly what’s happening in the here and now. Stay present and don’t move too far into the future until it happens.’

Perhaps this advice served Curtis well in the early days of his romance with Aniston, 56 – the duo are indeed the real deal now, and even made their romance Instagram official last week.

Aniston confirmed the relationship last week as she shared a sweet black and white photo of her hugging Curtis, 50, to mark his birthday.

Curtis also reciprocated the gesture, sharing loved-up photos of the duo from what appeared to be his birthday to his Instagram shortly thereafter.

Aniston – who was previously married to Brad Pitt, 61, from 2000 until 2005, and Justin Theroux, 54, from 2011 until 2017 – set off romance rumours with Jim when they were glimpsed on vacation in Mallorca, Spain, in July.

They took their blossoming relationship to the next level recently when he supported her at the season three premiere of her Apple TV+ drama The Morning Show.

A source recently spoke to People about how Jim has transformed Jennifer’s life, saying: ‘Everything in her life has come together and she’s excited about it, Jim’s the best.

‘Her friends love him, he’s calm, very warm and incredibly supportive, he’s brought a really steady and positive energy into her life.’

The insider added that supportive Jim is ‘fascinated by her career — both as an actress and businesswoman — and loves being by her side to support her’.

‘Happy birthday my love. Cherished,’ Jennifer captioned the post confirming their relationship, along with a red heart emoji. Jim commented on the snap with a kissing face emoji.

The photo showed her wrapping her arms around Jim from behind, both smiling joyfully, their hands tightly intertwined.
