Jett Kenny left speechless as he makes shock discovery in McCrispy burger: ‘Good job, McDonald’s’

Jett Kenny was left disappointed, and hungry, after a trip to McDonald’s this week.

The TV personality, 31, took to his Instagram Story on Monday night to document a less-than-stellar trip to the popular fast food chain.

He shared a clip that showed his order – a McCrispy burger.

‘McCrispy. Add rasher of bacon,’ Jett said as he opened the box to reveal the burger inside.

Despite the simple nature of his one-item order, Jett was left shocked to discover that staff forgotten one essential ingredient.

He lifted the top of the bun, exposing a decidedly spartan-looking burger.

‘They just decided to remove the chicken and I have a bacon and lettuce burger,’ a crestfallen Jett added.

‘Good job, McDonald’s.’

It seems that the burger’s creator more than made up for the absence of chicken, adding enough mayonnaise for two McCrispys.    

It comes after Jett announced his engagement to Lily Brown back in September.

The pair made a low-key announcement on Instagram, with Lily showing off her diamond engagement ring during a romantic dinner date as the pair shared a strand of spaghetti. 

They had been enjoying a romantic getaway to Italy, with Lily writing in her caption: ‘Now THAT’S Amore’ alongside a series of ring emojis. 

Jett’s mum Lisa Curry was quick to share a moving response in the comments under the post. 

‘Ohhhh my boy and the love of his life. I am beyond blessed and excited for your future together Jett and Lily. I love you both so much,’ she wrote. 

‘McCrispy. Add rasher of bacon,’ Jett said. ‘They just decided to remove the chicken and I have a bacon and lettuce burger. Good job, McDonald’s.’

The pair’s celebrity friends offered their congratulations, with Tammy Hembrow writing: ‘Effing love you so much.’ 

Em Davies chimed in: ‘Nah seriously love you both so much. The best news I’ve had all year. Love you both beyond words.’

Following the announcement, mum Lisa took to Instagram to give the union a ringing endorsement.

‘Ohhhhhh…. My boy and the love of his life, his beautiful Lily, are ENGAGED,’ the 63-year-old wrote. 

‘I am sooooo happy. Congratulations Jett and Lily. We all love you so much.’

Alongside the sweet caption, Lisa shared a photo of the pair exchanging a kiss while Lily showed off her massive diamond ring. 

Lily and Jett debuted their relationship in December 2022 after weeks of rumours.

The model and influencer both shared the same photo of them kissing to Instagram on New Year’s Eve.
