After posting the video, Jessie J took to her Instagram Stories to reveal that she has worked out a total of four times since welcoming her baby boy 14 weeks ago.
The pop star wrote: ‘A lot of ”how often do you workout now Jess?” The video I just posted is my 3rd workout since the baby. He is 14 weeks old today.
‘Since this video I’ve worked out once more… BIG. I’m not and never will be consistent (even before pregnancy). But I show up where and when I can.
‘I’m just enjoying being able to go, moving my energy around, hanging with “chiefnaka and exploring this new body of mine.’
It came days after she revealed her exact weight on social media, telling her followers that she’s 10st 8lbs just three months after giving birth.
Jessie clapped back at people commenting on her postpartum figure earlier in August, taking to her Instagram Story to reply to the body shamers who were pointing out that her physique had changed after giving birth.
Addressing the comments, she wrote: ‘Couple of people have said to me, “I bet you can’t wait to get your body back”,’ she began before adding an emoji with rolling eyes.
‘I don’t want to go back,’ she clarified. ‘That body is gone. I want my body to go forward. I’m getting my body forward.’
Jessie and her basketball player boyfriend welcomed baby Sky into the world in early May, after one year of dating.
Announcing the happy news on Instagram, Jessie wrote: ‘A week ago my whole life changed. My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size. The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love.
‘He is magic. He is all my dreams come true. He is my whole [world]. He and I are both doing great. I am soaking up every second and still can’t believe he is real, here and mine.
