Harry Potter actress Jessie Cave has admitted she has earned more money in six months on OnlyFans than she would have done from an I’m A Celeb offer.
The actress and artist, 38, who played Lavender Brown in the film series, launched her career on the subscription service in March to pay off her debts.
However while the platform is usually known for its porn content, Jessie’s posts focus on her trademark long hair. She has repeatedly underlined that her page will not feature any nudity or sexual content.
And now in her recent Substack post the star reflected on her six month anniversary on the platform as she revealed how she interviewed for I’m A Celeb three years ago when her baby was just six months old and she was still breastfeeding.
She admitted: ‘I would not have been fine and my breastfeeding baby would not have been fine either. But we needed the money and it could have been a big opportunity. If I’d have got offered it, I would have accepted.’
However, now Jessie is glad to not have received the offer as she said: ‘I see that rejection now as a blessing…. And I’ve earned more in 6 months on only fans with my long hair than I would have on that show.’

And while the decision has paid off financially, it seems her links with OnlyFans have severed her ties with the Harry Potter community.
Jessie also revealed she didn’t get booked for a recent Harry Potter convention after the organisers explained it was because of OnlyFans affiliation with porn.
She hit back on her Substack: ‘This was baffling to me as some actors who do conventions (most actors, actually) have done tv and films in which they’ve done sex scenes and nudity. I’m just playing with my hair!’
Yet Jessie insisted she isn’t upset that her Harry Potter chapter has come to a close as she was lucky for that time in her life.
The star also took to her Instagram to celebrate her six month anniversary as she wrote: ‘Happy 6 months to me on only fanz the most empowering thing I’ve done in my life. I’m grateful’.
Back in May, Jessie confessed she had been ‘run ragged’ trying ‘desperately’ to keep her OnlyFans subscriber numbers from dwindling.
It appeared her refusal to get X-rated in her content was causing her to lose subscribers.
In her Substack she admitted she had become ‘obsessed’ with her follower counts and had even considered moving away from her ‘tame’ content.

She wrote: ‘It’s been over 100 days of running ragged with my hair, desperately trying to keep up the supply to the OnlyFans content conveyor belt.
‘I have lost subscribers. I feel sad about that, but glad that the people who continuously messaged “nude? When will u be nude? Go nude or I’m gone” have left to pester other creators.’
Jessie added: ‘I did my first wet hair Wednesday that didn’t involve water. I poured two bottles of Yazoo strawberry milk over my head and got brain freeze.
“I was really pleased with the video, as the green strappy dress I was wearing looked great contrasted with the pink milk – but was disappointed by the number of people who bought it.’
