The Dukes Of Hazzard star was spotted in the crowd cheering on her younger sister at the club Voltaire inside Las Vegas’ Venetian Resort — but fans were far more focused on her surprise company.
Fan-shot clips revealed Jessica and Eric, 45, who split in January, hanging toward the back of the venue with friends, just days after they were caught having what looked like a tense exchange on a commercial flight from Burbank to Vegas.
Their three children were notably absent.
In one video, Jessica is seen chatting with an older woman while Eric makes small talk with someone else beside her.
Yet despite the distance, the former NFL star appeared tethered to his ex — at one point abruptly ending a conversation to trail her as she moved through the crowd.
Another clip showed the two standing farther apart as Jessica engaged with a fan, though they later appeared at ease once Ashlee hit the stage.
At one point, Ashlee’s husband Evan Ross jumped onstage for a sweet kiss from the singer. Jessica stood at the front with their mother Tina, while Eric bobbed along just a few feet away in his trademark Georgia Tech cap.
The sighting has sparked fresh questions about whether the two might be inching toward reconciliation seven months after announcing their split.

While they’ve been photographed with their kids – daughters Maxwell, 12, and Birdie, five, and son Ace, 11 – since January, this marks the first time Jessica and Eric have been seen together without their children in tow.
Jessica has since embraced her single status — even telling fans she’s a ‘very single lady’ — and fueled speculation of infidelity in her fiery comeback track Leave.
At the time of the split, Jessica was asked if she was ready to move on romantically to which she replied: ‘It’s a rough road in the dating world.’
She remained mum on whether she has actively tried to put herself out there but she is not ready for online dating.
Jessica explained: ‘I mean I’m not getting on the apps yet.’
The Irresistible hitmaker was asked if it had to be a dating app or if she would be open to being set up by a friend.
The mother-of-three said: ‘I would love for a friend to set me up. Are you kidding me?’
