Simpson and Johnson previously put their $11.5 million seven-bedroom Hidden Hills marital mansion on the real estate market for $17.9 million.
The Yale-educated silver fox was still technically married to former pole-dancing instructor Keri D’Angelo when he originally met the All’s Fair actress through a mutual friend at her May 2010 house party, and he finalized his divorce just five months later.
Johnson – who used to run wellness content platform Legendary Disciplines – previously played for the San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints from 2001-2007.
